Cosy apartment block "Front Beach". In the resort 300 m from the centre of Calafell, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. In the house: lift. Stepped path (8 steps) to the house. Parking space n 112. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 100 m, bar 200 m, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Segur de Calafell" 1.5 km, sandy beach "Calafell" 50 m. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 67 km, Tarragona 39 km, Port Aventura 50 km, Zona vinícola de Baix i Alt Penedés 25 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Calafell

Cosy fishing village with 10'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 60 km south-west from Barcelona, 40 km north-east from Tarragona. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Long sandy beaches where you can experience beautiful sunsets. Worth a visit is the Castle built on top of a hill, reached by its narrow medieaval alleyways. Try the specialities of the region (fish and rice dishes) it also boasts the best Italian pasta on the Costa Durada. Water Park "Calafell Slide". Port Aventura" 30km. Golf course in Sitges 25km.

Die Wohnung ist auf ersten Blick sauber und ordentlich. Jedoch fallen Mängel auf je länger man in der Unterkunft ist: der Blick aufs Meer ist unschlagbar schön und auch die 90qm bieten jede Menge Platz. Allerdings hakten die Außenrollos und die Klimaanlage, genauso wie die Bäder und Küche sollten einmal überholt werden. Die Klimaanlage tropfte auf die glatten Fliesen auf dem Balkon, wodurch die Rutschgefahr für unseren 11 Monate-alten Sohn groß war; in den Bädern war eines der beiden Waschbecken verstopft und der Wasserdruck lies stark zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben dann den Duschkopf ausgetauscht und den Durchlauferhitzer hochstellen lassen, um vernünftig duschen zu können. In der Küche scheint alles bunt zusammengestellt zu sein; gefühlt hat jede/r Mieter/in hier etwas mitgehen und stehen lassen. Letztendlich war alles notwendige in der Küche vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank könnte allerdings mal ausgetauscht werden. Im Hauptschlafzimmer war es traumhaft schön, allerdings roch es in den übrigen Schlafzimmern etwas muffig. Auch ständiges Lüften half hier kaum. Am ärgerlichsten war jedoch eine immer wieder herausspringende Stromsicherung, zu der uns ein Elektriker mitteilte, dass Stromausfälle oder Probleme dieser Art in der Wohnanlage bereits bekannt seien nach regnerischen Tagen. Unser Fazit: Der Preis ist für diese Unterkunft etwas zu hoch, auch wenn, wie genannt, der Blick aufs Meer wirklich traumhaft schön ist.

Appartement idéalement situé dans une résidence très bien tenue. La vue sur mer est un régal!Appartement bien équipé (jusqu au parasol, siege de plage et seau pour enfant).La climatisation est un plus pour la nuit. Je recommande cet appartement.

Juste une petite remarque sur le réfrigérateur ! Même en le mettant au maximum, il ne fait plus assez de froid, de ce fait le congélateur ne congèle plus. Sinon, l’appartement est très bien

Die Wohnung ist an bester Meerlage, 2 Minuten zu Fuss an den schönen Sandstrand. Die Wohnung liegt in Segur Calafell in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die zahlreichen Restaurants sind in 15 - 20 Gehminuten an der schönen Strandpromenade erreichbar.

La deuxième chambre double et la salle de douche/WC manquent un peu d'espace. Le reste de l'appartement est confortable, agréable et correspond bien aux indications du site. Si vous êtes sensible au bruit sachez que certains résidents lâchent leurs enfants très bruyants dans la cour d'immeuble en fin de soirée, cris, jeux etc. impossible de dormir jusqu'à minuit (il paraît que cela est permis par le règlement d'immeuble ??). Cela n'a rien à voir avec l'appartement lui même mais reflète un manque d'éducation et savoir vivre de certains habitants qui peut dans le cas présent porter mon choix ailleurs une prochaine fois.
