Oliva Nova Golf: Beautiful, cosy apartment block "Club Sevilla", 2 storeys, semi-detached. 5 km from the centre of Oliva, 15 km from the centre of Denia, in the district Oliva Nova Golf Beach, 200 m from the sea. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool kidney-shaped (5 x 9 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking (limited number of spaces). Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar, café 150 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 20 km, ferry 20 km, sandy beach 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 500 m, tennis 700 m, riding stable 2 km, children's playground 600 m. Nearby attractions: go karting 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. El apartamento cuenta con una excelente ubicación, con una buena piscina. Sin embargo el apartamento en sí dispone de dos ventiladores ruidosos que no funcionan, falta menaje de cocina, sobra un mueble grande e inútil en el salón y con los intermediarios es compleja la comunicación. Además está infestado de mosquitos. Por lo menos el inmueble es grande, con patio y bien distribuido.

Para ser "Comodo del Todo" solo habria que dotar el salon de un sofa en el que se pueda estar "Comodo del Todo"

Die Gegend ist sehr schön und gepflegt, Sehr sauberer Strand und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Für einen Drink zwischendurch war direkt die Strand Bar integriert mit Dj und Livemusik. Ein Supermarkt ,Apotheke und Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen. Terrasse ist sehr groß, sodass die Kinder genügend Platz zum Spielen haben. Sehr empfehlenswert für Leute die eine Auszeit brauchen. Ein Ansprechpartner war immer über WhatsApp erreichbar. Top besser geht's glaub ich nicht

Menaje de cocina escaso y viejo. Hormigas en la encimera, saliendo de un enchufe. Sofás muy incómodos, necesitan renovación urgente. Wifi muy débil, agravado por la mala cobertura telefónica en el interior de la casa.
