Very large, cosy villa "La Esquina", 2 storeys. In the district of La Lluca, in the resort 7 km from the centre of Javea - El Arenal, in a quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. Private: terraced garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Estacion de autobuses Javea" 6 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 7 km. Sports harbour 7 km, marina 7 km, golf course (9 hole) 1 km, surf school 7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Lovely big bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent outside space. Handy downstairs kitchen and toilet for those long awaited bbqs every night. Pool was great

Wij vonden de villa echt wel aangenaam, wij hebben er echt van genoten. Het enige jammer is de kraan dat niet goed werkte in de kleine keuken beneden het licht van de badkamer beneden. Maar dit kan uiteraard hersteld worden. Ook was het niet fijn dat er onverwacht een onderhoud firma bijna gans de dag in de tuin bezig was zonder dat we verwittigd waren. Voor de rest was echt alles wel super fijn!

De woning was top enkel de keuken kraan op het gelijkvloers deed het niet zoals het moest en jammer dat plots de tuinmannen een ganse dag kwamen werken zonder dat we dit op voorhand wisten… voor de rest zalige villa en zalige ligging

Je recommande cette location. Par contre, quelques correctifs sont à faire dans la pièce à vivre du RDC: il aurait juste fallu une climatisation car à Xabia, au sud de l'Espagne en général, les étés sont caniculaires donc sans climatisation cela est difficilement supportable. Aussi, un manuel ou un guide d'utilisation de la climatisation sera appréciable.
