Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, fan and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, fan and forced-air heating. Sep. WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, covered balcony, sitting area. Very beautiful view of the sea, the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only ES. In the interior of the house there is a shower room and a guest toilet. In the pool area there is another full bathroom. Cosy, comfortable house "Germaine", 2 storeys. In the district of Putxol - Javea, A pie del Puerto,Casco Histórico, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.4 km from the sea, 1.4 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool angular (11 x 5 m, depth 40 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Pool house with shower and WC, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue house, parking (for 3 cars). Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 500 m, café 700 m, bus stop "Estacion de Autobuses" 1.5 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 3 km, shingle beach "Playa de la Grava Port Javea" 1.4 km. Sports harbour 1.4 km, surf school 1.4 km, sailing school 1.4 km, tennis 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Grosser Pool ! Poolhaus mit Dusche,WC,Waschmaschine.Genügend Platz und Sonnenliegen. Inneneinrichtung rustikal ,alles top sauber .Wohnzimmer für 6 Personen etwas zu klein,aber für uns war dies für einem Sommerhaus nicht relevant. Sehr sehr gutes WLAN!! Für ein Sommerurlaub mit einer großzügigen Außenanlage zu empfehlen! Lage top! Strand in ca 15min fußläufig zu erreichen.Supermarkt auch. Ruhige ,gepflegte Wohnsiedlung.
