"Sunshine", 4-room house 75 to 90 m2. Practical and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, TV can be hired and gas heater. 3 rooms, each room with 2 sleeping facilities. Open kitchen (3 hot plates, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC or shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. The property is one of a type of property or apartment. This type of apartment can also be laid out on two levels. EEAT-7-A

Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 15 km. Cultural events Fiestas de Moros y Cristianos Septiembre, Fuegos Artificiales Nocturnos L'Olla. Bodega. Cata de Vinos Alfaz del Pi. Access: motorway AP7 ALICANTE - VALENCIA, exit number 64 "ALTEA / CALPE". Then road N332. Railway station in the resort. Bus connection. Pretty, picturesque old town with shops. Lovely seaside promenade. Many international artists are based in Altea, giving the town a bohemian character. Golf course. Market on Tuesdays. Maison cauchemardesque d’un point de vue décoration Des croix partt des tableaux de jesus partout (entre les croix les statuts il y avait plus de 500 pièces accrochées au mur ) Moustiquaires déchirées Literie en piteux état Point positif la piscine privée est top L’extérieur aussi Plus jamais une maison réservée à l’aveugle !!!!

Me enviaron que era en altea y luego resultó estar ubicado en la montaña del finestrat. No había cobertura telefónica ni wifi. Los colchones eran realmente incómodos. Lo mejor las instalaciones de la piscina.
