Location Description Calella

Trips to Montseny and the different places on the Costa Brava. Ideal starting point for numerous activities: "Nautilus" in l'Estartit, "Marineland" in Palafolls, the Casino and "Water World" in Lloret de Mar etc. Extensive sandy beach (European Blue Flag). Public swimming pool. Annual fiestas and holidays: children's presentations on Fridays in July/August, "Sardanes" Sundays in July/August, beer festival (Oktoberfest) in October etc. Resort, 50 km north from Barcelona, 30 km south from Lloret de Mar. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Ottima posizione. Vicino al mare, ristoranti e supermercati. 5 minuti a piedi dal centro in posizione tranquilla. Parcheggi liberi inesistenti.

malgré un emplacement idéal, proche des randos, de la ville et de la plage, l'appartement est mal entretenu et très mal équipé : 2 flutes à champagne, un verre à vin, pas de carafe-pas de planche à découper, pas de briquet pour allumer les plaques, un grille-pain cassé, une cafetière qui fuit, une planche à repasser rouillée et sans fer, pas d'essoreuse à salade, pas de sèche-cheveux, peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. matelas à ressort usés. L'eau dans la salle de bain n'est vraiment pas très chaude.

De accommodatie was schoon. Alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Wel jammer dat er geen airco aanwezig was, maar dat wisten we van te voren. Verder is de inrichting wat gedateerd. Toch een fijn verblijf op een mooie locatie dichtbij het strand.

Contra: The apartment was clean and tidy. \nBut it really needs\nWall socket for the tv aerial was hanging of wall.\nThe net curtains at the windows need to be washed they were dirty at the top.\nThere was a piece of glass out of door.\nThere was tape on floor in bedroom across the wardrobe.\nThe tv remote or tv never worked properly. \nHad to run hot water top or shower for 20 minutes before you got any hot water.\n

The apartment is on the second floor but there is a small lift. The apartment was clean and presented well but would benefit from modernisation, that said this would be reflected in the price and I feel it was good value for money. The single room is internal so has no windows and as no A/C would imagine this room would be very hot in the height of summer. Only 2 minutes to beach and 5 minutes to centre so close to everything but in a quiet area.

Appartement bien situé proche de la mer. Calme, propre bien équipé avec un grand frigo / congélateur, LAve linge et petit electro. Cependant il manque une Clim ou à défaut des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre. Volet de Sam non fonctionnel.
