Shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Location Description Zinnowitz

Well-known, old bathing resort, in the north-western part of the island, directly by the sea, 11 km east from Wolgast, 30 km north from Ahlbeck. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna. Cultural events Freilichtbühne (Vineta-Festspiele). Access: railway station in the resort. Zinnowitz is a seaside resort that is more than 150 years old and is located in one of the narrowest places on the island of Usedom, surrounded by deciduous and coniferous forests. At the beginning of the 20th century, villas and houses were built in the classic seaside architecture, which have now been lovingly restored and, together with the spacious promenade, guarantee interesting and beautiful holidays. Boat trips to Swinoujscie leave from the pier. The unique local history and bathing museum as well as changing theater performances have earned Zinnowitz the unofficial title of "Cultural Capital of Usedom".

Sandy beach, 3 km long, up to 40 m wide, gently sloping, suitable for children. Waterpark "Bernsteintherme". Sports harbour Achterwasser (Bootsvermietung) in 1.5 km. Sailing, surfing. Tennis. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire.

Die Wohnung war sehr dreckig, voller Sand und Spinnweben! Schimmel im kl. Schlafzimmer nur dilettantisch überstrichen! Die Küche ist in einem widerlichen Zustand, alles mehr als abgenutzt und versüfft! Die Couch samt Decken und Kissen stank extrem! Die Kopfkissen (Federn) nur noch Ei großer Klumpen, Matratzen durchgelegen! Sämtliche Fliesen gesprungen, kein WLAN, Fernseher so alt, dass einiges nicht mehr funktioniert! Kurzgesagt: für das Geld… untragbar und enttäuschend!

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach. Man hat schnellstmöglich Massnahmen ergriffen: Der Flur, die Küche und das Kinderzimmer wurden gestrichen, der Schimmel wurde entfernt, ein neuer Duschkopfhalter installiert und die Silikonfugen im Badezimmer wurden ersetzt. Die Eigentümer werden die Wohnung im Dezember weiter inspizieren. Wi hoffen, Sie in Zukunft zu einem besseren Erlebnis begrüssen zu dürfen.

Einrichtung sehr alt. Reinigungsgegenstände überall im Blickfeld. Es gibt billige Schränke dafür. Platz ist dafür. Terrasse verschmutzt. Küchenecke war gut.

Die Ferienwohnung wurde uns als Ersatz gegeben, weil im gebuchten Objekt laute Bauarbeiten durchgeführt wurden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist besonders in der Nebensaison sehr schön. Leider fehlen in der gesamten Wohnung Leselampen, die Beleuchtung besteht iim wesentlichen aus der Deckenbeleuchtung. Sofa ist nicht bequem. WLAN gibt es nicht. Küchenausstattung sehr einfach und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Balkonboden überholungsbedürftig, Balkonmöbel sehr wackelig.
