"Berit", 2-room apartment 50 m2 on 1st floor. Bright, tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Apartment block, 2 storeys. On the outskirts, 650 m from the centre of Zinnowitz, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. In the house: central heating system. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 650 m, restaurant 700 m, bakery, café 800 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station 1 km, sandy beach 1 km, thermal baths "Bernsteintherme" 1.4 km. Marina 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 25 km, surf school 1.4 km, tennis 550 m, minigolf 1.1 km.

Location Description Zinnowitz

Well-known, old bathing resort, in the north-western part of the island, directly by the sea, 11 km east from Wolgast, 30 km north from Ahlbeck. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna. Cultural events Freilichtbühne (Vineta-Festspiele). Access: railway station in the resort. Zinnowitz is a seaside resort that is more than 150 years old and is located in one of the narrowest places on the island of Usedom, surrounded by deciduous and coniferous forests. At the beginning of the 20th century, villas and houses were built in the classic seaside architecture, which have now been lovingly restored and, together with the spacious promenade, guarantee interesting and beautiful holidays. Boat trips to Swinoujscie leave from the pier. The unique local history and bathing museum as well as changing theater performances have earned Zinnowitz the unofficial title of "Cultural Capital of Usedom".

Sandy beach, 3 km long, up to 40 m wide, gently sloping, suitable for children. Waterpark "Bernsteintherme". Sports harbour Achterwasser (Bootsvermietung) in 1.5 km. Sailing, surfing. Tennis. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire.

Schöne Wohnung , leider schmutzig Petra L.

Die Wohnung ist schön und liegt sehr ruhig. Die Sauberkeit, vor allem des Bettes, war miserabel. Es waren auch viele Spinnen und Spinnweben in der Wohnung. Im Schlafzimmer könnten Rollos o.ä. angebracht werden, die das Zimmer abdunkeln. Ein größerer, intakter Sonnenschirm und eine Sonnenliege wären für so einen großen Balkon wünschenswert. Das Wasser im Waschbecken lief sehr schlecht ab.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, die Lage am Wald unschlagbar ruhig, dabei nah am Zentrum und in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Strand. Wunderbar ist auch der abschließbare Fahrradraum. Sehr gefehlt hat uns ein Mückenschutz vor mindestens einem der Schlafzimmerfenster. Im Bad fehlt eine Ablage ( Stuhl, kleines Standregal oder kleiner Schrank). Wir haben uns, trotz kleiner Mängel, siehe unten, sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Was wir vermissten, war ein Sonnenschirm und Fliegengitter vor den Fenstsern. Aber ansonsten war alles Top.

Sehr schöne helle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage in Zentrumsnähe und trotzdem direkt am Waldrand. Kleine Küche mit allem Notwendigen, geräumige Zimmer, gemütlich und funktional. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus.

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung Berit. Die Wohnung selbst war ordentlich und sauber. Das Treppenhaus war leider nicht gepflegt und sauber, es sah so aus als ob da schon länger nicht mehr saubergemacht wurde. Schade, dass an den Fenstern keine Fliegengitter angebracht waren,denn wir konnten die Fenster nicht lange aufmachen da sonst alles an Mücken und Spinnen (da gab es sehr viele) reingekommen wäre.
