3-room bungalow 50 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Small kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Bungalow "Ehmke". On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Karlshagen, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn. (swing, sandbox), parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bakery, café, bus stop 550 m, railway station 1.2 km, sandy beach 1.5 km, thermal baths "Bernsteintherme" 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 32 km, surf school 2 km, minigolf 10 km.

Location Description Karlshagen

Small bathing resort, in the north-western part of the island, directly by the sea, 10 km north from Zinnowitz, 12 km north-east from Wolgast, 42 km east from Greifswald. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Sights Raumfahrtmuseum Peenemünde 7 km, Stadtmuseaum Wolgast 12 km, Wellness park Bernsteinstherme Zinnowitz 10 km. The seaside resort is located between the Baltic Sea and the Peenestrom, embedded in extensive deciduous and coniferous forests that reach right up to the dunes. Between Karlshagen and Peenemünde is the widest sandy beach on the island (nudist section, dog beach) with surfing opportunities, beach chair rental and beach stage. At the harbor: moorings, fresh fish sales. Harbor festival (last weekend in July) and concert weekend (last weekend in August). Nature conservation center (exhibitions, lectures, guided hikes).

Der Bungalow liegt ruhig ,auf dem Privatgrundstück der sehr netten Vermieterin, an einer Nebenstraße. Er ist sauber und hat alles was man als Familie braucht. Der Strand ,mit einem kleinen Spaziergang, ist zu Fuß super zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch fußläufig in der Nähe Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder dort Buchen

Die Wohnung war super bis auf das Bad.Ich habe mit meinem Leichtgewichtsrolöstuhl nicht durch die Tür gepasst.Ansonsten eine Top Wohnung
