Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. The double bedroom does not have a window but glass bricks. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.

Apartment house "Zum Trichter". In the centre of Palzem, located by a road. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Patio. In the house: central heating system. Public parking on the road. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Palzem" 200 m, railway station "Palzem" 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km. Tennis 5 km. Please note: car recommended.

Location Description Palzem

Cosy vineyard and holiday resort with 530 inhabitants, on a river, 40 km south from Trier, 13 km north from Perl. All shops, restaurants etc. in Saarburg, 20 km. In Remich (Luxemburg) 5 km: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery. Situated in the "Dreilaendereck" (triangle of 3 countries), close to the French border and directly by Luxemburg, is Palzem, the most southerly Moselle vineyard municipality in Rheinland-Pfalz.
