"Seestern", 3-room apartment 65 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room 30 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), radio, DVD and DVD collection available. Exit to the terrace. 1 room 10 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV. 1 room 6 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. The double bedroom faces inwards and has a window to the living / dining room instead of an exterior window. Sockets for e-bikes available in the garden shed. The TV is a SMART TV.

Location Description Norddeich

North Sea spa and well-known holiday resort, directly by the sea, 3 km from Norden, 33 km from Aurich, 38 km from Emden. In the resort: shops, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, health cures, massage. More possibilities for shopping 3 km. Leer 59 km. Wilhelmshaven 75 km. Oldenburg 98 km. Especially recommended (especially in the winter months) is the "Ocean Wave" with a 30 degree warm seawater wave pool and outdoor pool as well as a sauna area, solariums, hot tubl and various restaurants. Excursions to the seal banks (high season), to the islands of Juist and Norderney as well as to Emden and Aurich. All year round there is also the possibility of exploring all of East Frisia for only EUR 1.00/person/way with the holiday bus. IMPORTANT: Your booked holiday home or holiday apartment only includes one parking space. If you are arriving with several vehicles, we would like to point out that additional parking spaces are subject to a fee and are not always directly near your holiday property. Arrangement of bicycles, e-bikes, child seats etc. through our local Interhome service office.

Eine gute geräumige Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Norddeich. Schönes Badezimmer und große Küchenzeile. Interhome wie immer freundlich und zuvorkommend vor Ort wie die letzten Jahre gewohnt.

Die Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert und einfach. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartung, alles war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Ausstattung war top, von allem ( Geschirr, Besteck usw.) war genügend vorhanden. Und jetzt ein persönliches Manko....... Für mich waren die Matratzen leider zu weich. Aber wie gesagt, es ist jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau, denn die Matratzen waren wirklich gut. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Schöne Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet. Einzug der fehlende Kleiderschrank im zweiten Schlafzimmer hat etwas gestört. Daher eher für eine Familie mit Kindern geeignet.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße Norddeichs nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist ein Netto Markt zum einkaufen. Norden ist nur etwa 3 Autominuten entfernt, dort erreicht man zusätzlich viele Supermärkte und Drogerien. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sogar Spielzeug für kleine Kinder ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, im Abstellraum ist eine Waschmaschine. Mit Kinderwagen sind wir etwa 9 Minuten zum Strand/Drachenwiese gelaufen. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder.

Der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer funktionierte bei Anreise nicht. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt dass er repariert werden soll., ist aber nicht geschehen. An einem Sessel war der Bezug zerkleinert. die Gerüche durch das nebenan liegende Restaurant waren gerade abends sehr störend.
