Kitchenette (4 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Balcony 8 m2. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Apartment house. In the resort, traffic calmed area, 1.4 km from the sea, 1.4 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: garden with lawn. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Location Description Norddeich

North Sea spa and well-known holiday resort, directly by the sea, 3 km from Norden, 33 km from Aurich, 38 km from Emden. In the resort: shops, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, health cures, massage. More possibilities for shopping 3 km. Leer 59 km. Wilhelmshaven 75 km. Oldenburg 98 km. Especially recommended (especially in the winter months) is the "Ocean Wave" with a 30 degree warm seawater wave pool and outdoor pool as well as a sauna area, solariums, hot tubl and various restaurants. Excursions to the seal banks (high season), to the islands of Juist and Norderney as well as to Emden and Aurich. All year round there is also the possibility of exploring all of East Frisia for only EUR 1.00/person/way with the holiday bus. IMPORTANT: Your booked holiday home or holiday apartment only includes one parking space. If you are arriving with several vehicles, we would like to point out that additional parking spaces are subject to a fee and are not always directly near your holiday property. Arrangement of bicycles, e-bikes, child seats etc. through our local Interhome service office.

Es war sauber und alles in Ordnung. Schlüsselabholung war ganz ohne Probleme und auch als wir uns aussperren haben wir schnelle Hilfe in Form eines ersatzschlüssels bekommen.

auf Grund der Bilder auf ihrer Seite, waren wir doch über den Zustand der Wohnung doch etwas enttaüscht. Viele Flecken auf der Couch, im zweiten Schlafzimmer wurde die Bettspanne mit Folie zusammen gehalten.Bad machte auch nicht umbedingt den saubersten Eindruck.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut - alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Aber die Wohnung ist in einem nicht so tollen Zustand wie die Fotos es versprechen. Die Küche ist sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles ein wenig verwohnt und bräuchte mal ein bisschen neue Farbe und eine Grundreinigung. Das Bad war extrem dreckig, das Sofa war übersät von Flecken, die Steckdose hinter dem Kinderbett aus der Wand gerissen und frei zugänglich. Und das sind nur ein paar der von uns festgestellten Mängel.

Auf Grundlage Ihres Feedbacks wurden die Steckdosen gründlich geprüft und wir bestätigen Ihnen, dass sich diese in einem sicheren Zustand befinden. Auch das Feedback hinsichtlich des Sofas wurde an den zuständigen Manager weitergereicht, das für die Sauberkeit zuständige Team wird zukünftig besonders auf die Saueberkeit achten. Die Ferienwohnung ist besonders im Wohn- und Esszimmer modern ausgestattet. Die Küche ist sehr klein und könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Die Seehundstation befindet sich gleich in der Nähe. Zum Strand muss man allerdings etwas laufen. Das WLAN war leider nicht sehr gut.

Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und man findet alles vor, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Küche ist etwas klein, aber auch damit kommt man für die Urlaubszeit hin. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber bei der Übernahme. Lob an das Reinigungspersonal. In dem Haus sind noch zwei weitere Ferienwohnungen. Das W-lan ist leider schlecht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Man kommt fußläufig überall gut hin. Norddeich ist zu empfehlen und wir kommen sicherlich wieder
