Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Terrace 20 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

For shared use: property 1'350 m2, well-kept garden 450 m2 with lawn 300 m2, flowers. Table tennis, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: sauna (extra). Billiard table, table football, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. A self-service bar is located in the neighboring house. The recreation room/sauna is located in the house and is also available to guests from the other two houses.

Location Description Immerath

Small village, 22 km from Daun, 25 km from Wittlich, 26 km from Cochem. Sights Vulkanhaus Strohn, Manderscheider Burgen, Glockengiesserei Brockscheid, Zoo Wild- und Erlebnispark Daun, Kids' club Phantasialand Brühl 99 km. Gerolstein 35 km. Bitburg 55 km. St. Goarshausen 80 km. East of the conservation area “Zwischen Uess und Kyll” lies Immerath, in a volcanic crater that erupted and died some 10,000 years ago. In the south of the district there is a designated nature reserve Immerather Maar, two kilometres west of the larger Pulvermaar, one kilometre east runs the Uessbach valley.

Goed gelegen, deels vernieuwd, maar helaas met geurhinder in inkomhal van aanpalende werkplaats/garage (geur kwam ook terug in geleverd beddengoed en lakens) ; niet toegankelijk voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn, ligt niet op gelijkvloers, gemeenschappelijke tuin ligt hoger en is niet uitnodigend. Vasttapijt in kamers is netjes maar geeft muffere geur, zeker in de kleine kamer die heel donker is.

Thank you for the feedback. We would like to encourage guests to reach out to the keyholder if any problem arises during the stay. The garages include the bicycle garage, which we provide to our guests free of charge. The other garage doors are for storage of the cleaning equipment and supplies, as well as laundry and everything that goes with housekeeping. The laundry and towels from a textile service that provides rental linens for the hospitality industry, as well as senior homes and hsopitals amongst others, therefore they are of the most hygienic quality. Carpets are also cleaned regularly. Thank you for understanding.
