On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: property 12'000 m2 with lawn, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, natural pond. Table tennis, boccia (extra), children's playground. In the complex: WiFi, storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 5 km, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 18 km, indoor swimming pool 18 km, bathing lake 18 km. Minigolf 6.5 km, riding stable 7.5 km, walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Hansestadt Wismar 10 km. Please note: car recommended. The Gollwitzer Park consists of five two-storey apartment blocks with a total of 45 apartments, on the property is also a fenced natural pond. Smoking on the balcony is not allowed.

Location Description Gollwitz (Insel Poel)

Well-known holiday resort with 100 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea, 17 km from Wismar, 40 km from Kühlungsborn, 44 km from Bad Doberan. All shops, restaurants etc. 5 - 20 km. Sights Heimatmuseum Kirchdorf, Inselkirche Kirchdorf, Schaugarten Malchow. Schwerin 48 km. Rostock 72 km. Lübeck 86 km. Gollwitz is the northeastern town on the island of Poel, famous for the bird sanctuary island Langenwerder, the oldest bird sanctuary in Germany. The nearby salt marshes and the beautiful Baltic Sea with the cliffs on the north coast ensure a unique island experience: pure nature. Gollwitz also has a family beach, shallow water and a good range of recreational opportunities.

Wohnung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett war durchgelegen das Geschirr nicht mehr vollständig.Die Dusche funktioniert nicht richtig.Die Wohnung schon insgesamt etwas möhlig ( Staubsauger,Besen und eine Matratze standen in den Ecken rum).

Klein und spartanisch ausgestattet. Einige Neuinvestitionen würden sich lohnen um den Urlaubern ein gutes Gefühl für ihren Urlaub zu geben. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und die Insel wunderschön.

Mit 87 Jahren 30 Treppen steigen müssen, um in das Zimmer 635 (mit Dachschrägen) zu gelangen, eine Zumutung, 1 Treppe war angegeben. Die Kanten der Dachschrägen sind äußerst gefährlich, mehrmals die Köpfe gestoßen. Für die Nachmieter wäre eine Dämmung der Dachkanten angebracht. Im Zimmer standen sichtbar schmutziger Besen und Wischmob. Man mochte das nur widerwillig benutzen.

Wohnung erfüllt ihren Zweck gut, in der Wohnung war alles in Ordnung und hat auch alles funktioniert. Brötchenservice vor Ort gibt es nicht mehr, Lampe im Hausflur funktionierte nicht, Sauberkeit Aussenanlagen könnte besser sein.

Nichts für großgewachsene Menschen, da man ständig in der Bewegungsfreiheit nach oben eingeschränkt war. Minimalistische Einrichtung. Sauber.
