Quel dommage. L'appart' est super bien située, il est grand, parfait avec une chambre. Mais il est très mal entretenu. Le lit étage pour les enfants n'est plus sécurisé plus rien ne tient. Quelques prises électriques ne sont plus sécurisées également...Dans la salle de bain, impossible de prendre une douche. L'eau passe du bouillon à froid en une seconde. Et plein d'autres petits trucs. C'est vraiment dommage !

Appartement très bien situé par rapport aux pistes. Conforme à l'annonce. Le nettoyage laisse à désirer, l'appartement n'est pas totalement propre à l'arrivée et la salle de bain nécessite une remise en état.

Nous étions 3 à loger dans cet appartement (un couple avec un ado). Les + : * l'appartement est situé dans le centre de Val Claret près des commerces et des pistes. * Les parties communes sont propres et bien entretenues. * le logement est spacieux. * cuisine bien équipée Les - : * pas possible de dormir à deux dans le grand lit. Le matelas est vieux et c'est une baignoire. On glisse vers le milieu et c'est très inconfortable. * certaines poignées de placards sont cassées.
