"Le Sporting", 4-room apartment 70 m2 on 1st floor. Living/dining room with TV. Exit to the terrace, south-west facing position. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Oil heating. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm.

Residence "Le Sporting", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 600 m from the centre of St Gervais, 8.7 km from the skiing area. Public parking 350 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "La côte du Parc" 90 m, outdoor swimming pool 300 m. Tennis 300 m, skisport facilities 1.2 km. Nearby attractions: patinoire 250 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc 1.2 km.

850 - 2'525 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, family-friendly spa resort and mountain health resort with 5'500 inhabitants, 13 km from Megève, 20 km from Chamonix, 70 km from Genève. In the resort: grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, restaurant, bar, casino. Hiking, indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna, health cures. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Wellness park Les Thermes de Saint-Gervais 5 km, Cultural events Festival Mont Blanc d'Humour. Access: motorway a40, exit number 21 7 km from Saint Gervais. Market every Thursday, St Nicolas de Véroce: typical mountain village, Le Fayet: thermal park and dermatological care center - Bains du Mont Blanc. Ski lifts open in Winter (from mid-December to mid-April) and in summer (July - August).

Heated outdoor swimming pool. River rafting. Tennis. Minigolf. Paragliding, high rope course. 2 gondola lifts, hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Winter

Ski lifts open in July and August. Hiking trails accessible in spring ski-region Evasion Mont Blanc, total of 36 lifts. Gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts, children's ski lifts. Total 420 km ski runs, snow park. Ski school, snowboard school, ski kindergarten. 115 km high altidude pistes 850 - 1'100 m high, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Les Houches. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Apparemment spacieux et bien équipé (vaisselle et électroménager ok), mais logement très vétuste, sale et abîmé. Nous avons été contraints d'être relogés en raison de la moisissure avancée de l'appartement. Merci à Interhome pour la solution proposée et sa rapidité de réponse.

Appartement spacieux mais un peu vieillot pour certaines choses. relativement silencieux. Confortable dans l'ensemble, cuisine bien équipé et salon salle à manger agréable. Literie moyenne. Pas de possibilité de régler le chauffage, un peu juste par moment.

We were a group of 4 male friends on a ski holiday. I was happy about the size of the appartment. It was however quite rustic and it took a while to work out how to work the gas cooker and find various kitchen items which were arranged haphazardly. It didn't look very clean on arrival. A wooden strip of flooring was raised below the toilet door and prevented it from closing. There were other temporary fixes around the place. 10 minute walk into town centre and to ski lifts. Suited us fine.

Appartement agréable, bien situé à 5min du centre à pied et bien situé des autres viles et village. Terrasse idéal donnant sur l'herbe les enfants étaient heureux.

La résidence est très bien situé dans saintGervais la navette gratuite à la porte. Celui ci est spacieux et calme! Le parking autour du logement est compliqué , pour une location au skis nous attendions des local à skis qui n’était pas présent. La douche ne présente pas de support pour le pommeau. Le chauffage est général et on ne peut le régler, la nuit dans la chambre enfant il fait assez froid. Les lits (160x190) grincent.. Manque de grand plats pour manger à 6 personnes.
