Kitchenette (mini-oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Bathroom, shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace furniture. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Residence "Le Grand Panorama", 5 storeys. In the resort, 800 m from the centre, 9 km from the skiing area. For shared use: swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 18.Jun. - 15.Sep.). In the complex: lounge, lift, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Shopping centre, restaurant 800 m, bus stop "Téléphérique" 800 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 5.4 km. Gondola lift 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont-Blanc. Please note: car recommended.

850 - 2'525 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, family-friendly spa resort and mountain health resort with 5'500 inhabitants, 13 km from Megève, 20 km from Chamonix, 70 km from Genève. In the resort: grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, restaurant, bar, casino. Hiking, indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna, health cures. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Wellness park Les Thermes de Saint-Gervais 5 km, Cultural events Festival Mont Blanc d'Humour. Access: motorway a40, exit number 21 7 km from Saint Gervais. Market every Thursday, St Nicolas de Véroce: typical mountain village, Le Fayet: thermal park and dermatological care center - Bains du Mont Blanc. Ski lifts open in Winter (from mid-December to mid-April) and in summer (July - August).

Summer

Heated outdoor swimming pool. River rafting. Tennis. Minigolf. Paragliding, high rope course. 2 gondola lifts, hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground. In March: "Festival international de l'humour" in St Gervais les Bains. Hockey.

Winter

Ski lifts open in July and August. Hiking trails accessible in spring ski-region Evasion Mont Blanc, total of 36 lifts. Gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts, children's ski lifts. Total 420 km ski runs, snow park. Ski school, snowboard school, ski kindergarten. 115 km high altidude pistes 850 - 1'100 m high, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Les Houches. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Positives: the location is excellent if you want proximity to the main tele-cabine. Generally the flat is well equipped.Negatives: The apartment is on the north side so no sunshine. The furniture is dated and basic. The single bedroom with bunks is tiny. The (tiny) shower’s curtain is too short so water runs all over the shower room floor. Noise insulation is non existent between floors and walls of other apartments. No washing machine or access the central laundry room. Wi-Fi is a rip off.

Nous avons séjourné un peu plus d'une semaine dans ce logement. Nous étions 4 et il était très bien pour nous. La deuxième salle de bain a été utilisée en annexe très utile. A noter également que le logement est bien fourni en équipement bouilloire, cafetière, machine Nespresso, grille pain, four et micro-onde et appareil à raclette. Seuls bémols, l'exposition nord et le manque de lumière (même si c'était précisé dans l'annonce), et la piscine chauffée était pas très chaude mais le temps non pl

de la poussière partout. L'électroménager en très mauvais état et vieux et pour couronner le tout une ordeur infecte dans les toilettes malgrés notre intervention à nettoyer à fond les toilettes. D'ailleurs d'autres personnes ont eu le même problème. J'ai prévenu les femmes de ménage qui n'ont d'ailleurs rien fait. Résidence a ne pas recommander.

Nous avons été en contact avec nos collègues locaux qui nous ont informés que votre demande de nettoyage était adressée à l'agent d'entretien du bâtiment plutôt qu'au bureau local directement. C'est la raison pour laquelle ce problème n'a pas pu être rectifié. Nous vous prions de vouloir nous excuser de cette confusion. Les appareils ont tous été vérifiés et fonctionnent correctement. Concernant les toilettes, il s’agissait d’un problème général dans le bâtiment. Ceci a pu être résolu, éliminant également tout problème d'odeur dans les toilettes.

Location située au RDC équipée correctement. Jamais pu profiter de la terrasse car obscurité 24h/24;lumière artificielle tout le séjour. Ménage très approximatif. Je ne recommande pas cette location.
