Résidence bien située près de la Place Morny...mais Hors la literie et les salles de bain, rien n'est dimensionné pour 6 personnes Box impraticable, un canapé de seules 3 places, petit réfrigérateur, petit lave vaisselle, etc. Télévision hors service, signal Wifi très faible Jardinet non entretenu

A portée de la Place Morny et du centre. A toute proximité d'un supermarché. Néanmoins, maison annoncée pour six personnes alors qu'en dehors de la literie, rien n'est en proportion (cuisine, ameublement, box impraticable). Résidence non entretenue. jardinet non convenable.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Strand, Zentrum schnell erreichbar. Internet ist KATASTROPHE. Arbeiten und streamen nicht möglich. Im Haus ist es dunkel, selbst am Tag muss man im Wohnzimmer Licht anschalten. Keine Sonne, der kleine Garten nicht schön aber schattig. Licht über Waschbecken defekt. Bettwäsche hat Löcher. Handtücher schlechte Qualität. Geschirr teilweise kaputt, Es fehlt an Grundsätzlichem wie Salz,Pfeffer,Zucker.

Die Internetprobleme betrafen die gesamte Stadt aufgrund von Arbeiten in der Nähe von Deauville Trouville. Dieses Problem ist nun behoben. Das Licht über dem Waschbecken wurde repariert. Bettwäsche wird, sollte sich diese nicht in einem ordnungsgemäßen Zustand befinden, umgehend nach Meldung ersetzt. Dasselbe gilt für Handtücher und Geschirr. Für zukünftige Vorfälle bitten wir unsere Gäste, uns direkt zu kontaktieren. Gern bestätigen wir, dass selbstverständlich all die erwähnten Mängel zwischenzeitlich behoben wurden. Wir hoffen, dass wir Sie erneut begrüßen dürfen.

De ligging in Deauville is heel centraal. Gelukkig was er een parkeerplaats in de garage, want het was erg druk in Deauville. Het huis was helemaal compleet, niets op aan te merken. Ruime kamers. Ook fijn was dat we buiten konden zitten (op het noorden). Van het buiten hadden ze wel iets meer mogen maken, maar we konden er prima eten. Tuinmeubeltjes waren aanwezig.

Bravo pour l'état de propreté impeccable et l'équipement complet de cet appartement par ailleurs très lumineux, bien situé, avec une belle vue sur l'hippodrome, donc très désirable (les appartements voisins sont occupés par des résidents permanents).

Huis wel redelijk, beschrijving loop ingang onvoldoende en niet juist garage ingang te klein. Tuin een rommel. Voldoende keukengerei en apparaten echter bestek niet bruikbaar messen vorken en lepels laten de heften van los. Meubilair is plakkerig en niet schoon. Goede bedden en linnen. WiFi niet geschikt voor moderne apparatuur. Badkamers schoon.

Arrivée facile, super localisation,.... L’appartement est parfait pour une escapade de quelques jours en famille. A notre arrivée, l’appartement était propre et fonctionnel Seul bémol le petit jardin en travaux mais qui sera nickel pour une prochaine....

Place de parking appréciable.livret d accueil de l agence très explicite en tout point.Appartement propre,spacieux et bien organisé ( nous étions 5). Par contre terrasse non accessible car effondrée, cela dit en vis à vis de tout le monde donc pas de regret

- location qui manquait de propreté ( de plus vu la situation Covid ) - location pour 6 personnes avec un mini frigo - un seul canapé pour 6 personnes c’est vraiment léger - pas de pression d’eau dans la douche du bas - l’état sur four pitoyable de crasse, laisse en l’état !!! - toutes la vaisselle ébréchée - les couverts cassés !!!

Suite à vos retours, les équipes en charge du ménage ont été informées et vont désormais faire plus attention pour éviter cette déconvenue aux futurs locataires. Par ailleurs, un nouveau service de vaisselle est maintenant disponible ainsi qu'une meilleure pression dans la douche.

L’appartement est bien situé et bien équipé dommage que la porte fenêtre donnant sur la terrasse soit condamnée et que les tables et chaises de jardin encombrent la pièce de vie.

Nous avons été obligés de faire établir un constat d'huissier à notre entrée dans les lieux. Etat lamentable (mobilier cassé, local ballon eau chaude inondé, odeurs nauséabondes dans les 2 SdB pendant 15 jours, grilles extraction VMC immondes, flexible douche cassé, coups et traces sur tous les murs, pas d'emplacement parking les premiers jours cause indisponibilité ! etc, etc...) Aucun geste commercial proposé. Nous allons engager une procédure. A bientôt, donc.

Après avoir référé votre soucis au bureau local, celui-ci nous informe de la rénovation de la location (le mobilier a été remplacé, les soucis de ventalitaion, d'odeurs et de douche sont maintenant résolus, et les murs ont été nettoyés). Malgré cet inconvénient nous espérons avoir la chance de vous revoir prochainement.
