Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin. Garden 110 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Attention: the chimney visible on the photos is not usable.

Dem Ferienhaus merkt man sein Alter an, dennoch hat es jede Menge Charme. Wenn etwas in neue Betten, besseres Besteck und Porzellan investiert würde Kann die Bewertung in gut ausfallen. Nervig ist der Ameisenbefall in der Küche. Der kleine Innenhof neben der Küche muss besser gepflegt werden. Da wir schon sehr lange Frankreichurlauber sind können wir uns mit diesen Umständen gut arrangieren und es hat unserem Urlaub keinen Abbruch getan. Für „Frankreichneulinge“ wäre das Haus problematisch

Cette maison ne devrait pas être mise en location car elle n'est pas entretenue ( serrure cassée, le mitigeur de la baignoire est cassé, le flux de l'eau est très faible. La chaudière est à changer. Il fait très chaud dans les chambres et les ventilateurs sont petit, vieux, bruyant et surtout plein de poussière. La maison mérite donc une rénovation complète et un grand ménage car il y a beaucoup de poussière. Les plus : la localisation et le jardin.

Très belle maison à proximité de la mer. Il est très facile de s’y garer. Cependant, les chambres étant mansardées, il y faisait trop chaud la nuit malgré les ventilateurs. Attention aux fourmis, il ne fallait rien laisser à l’extérieur du frigo.

An interesting property tucked away in a quiet little street within easy walking distance of the Town centre, although up hill on the way back. Bedrooms upstairs, bathroom and WC downstairs. Needed the fan in the bedroom as very hot summer evenings.

We hebben een heerlijke week achter de rug. 10 minuten lopen van het centrum. Verblijf was prima ingericht. Authentiek Frans. Ruim genoeg met een privé tuin. Aandachtspunt om te noemen is het tuinmeubilair. De kunststof stoelen mogen wel eens vervangen worden. Dat is het enige kritieke punt wat we kunnen benoemen. Verblijf was zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. We gaan zeker een keer terugkomen.

Maison et mobilier "ancien" plein de charme. On a l'impression d'être "chez soi". Parfait pour une famille de 3 personnes. Jardin privatif agréable et bien pratique quand on a un enfant de 3 ans. Quartier calme et proche du centre ville. Aucun souci pour garer la voiture devant la maison. Je recommande cette adresse.
