+ Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Rande von Deau-ville, eingebettet in ein größeres Ferienhaus-Resort im Grünen. Sehr ruhig, da in der Nähe nur ein Golfplatz liegt. Man ist hier sehr ungestört und hat einen sicheren Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. - Der Standard der Ausstattung orientiert sich offensichtlich nur an den Ansprüchen für eine Studentenbude. Da ist noch sehr viel Luft nach oben. Sauberkeit geht so. Geschirr im Fernsehschrank. TV- und W-LAN-Ins

This was a booking made online at short notice. The staff at the Interhome office in Deauville were expecting us and were very helpful. The apartment is in the hills on the outskirts of Deauville, so a car is absolutely essential and there are stairs to reach the apartment. The setting was peaceful and the large grounds beautiful. On arrival, there was dirty cutlery in the cooking utensils caddy and a loose electric socket in the kitchen. The apartment was comfortable but needs upgrading.

Die Unterkunft hat mir gar nicht gefallen: - Verstopfter Abfluss - Löcher in der Bettwäsche - Schimmel im Bad und an den Fenstern - ein nicht abschließbares Fenster - versifftes Geschirr und Besteck - dreckige und reperaturbedürftige Schränke in der Küche - keine Spühlmaschine - herunterkommende Vorhänge - Möbel mit Flecken (Hocker und Stühle) - kein Kleiderschrank oder Garderobe - keine Spur einer Renovierung im Jahr 2018

Location correcte. Conforme à la description. Secteur très calme. Parc arboré très vert. Le minimum pour que tout soit opérationnel dans le logement. La literie est confortable. Par contre, peu d’équipements.

Cadre fantastique, calme, reculé du centre-ville, mais à 2 minutes en voiture de la plage et des rues commerçantes. Un endroit dédié au repos. Appartement confortable, bien éclairé, bien chauffé, et très bien exposé (fenêtres des deux côtés de l'immeuble). Je recommande cette location sans hésiter !

Cadre très agréable au calme, en revanche la location est un peu décevante...Problème de robinetterie dans la cuisine, fuite douche dans la salle de bain. Intérieur placard sous levier pas très propre ainsi que vaisselle (poêle, casserole, couvercle..), vitres sales...a noter que pour la TV toutes les chaînes ne sont pas accessibles ...Accès internet excellent.
