Location Description Guidel

Bathing resort with 9'156 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 10 km west from Lorient, 5 km from Guidel. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Beautiful hiking paths and excursions to the Ile de Croix. The festival "Interceltique" takes place in Lorient in August.

Ce qui est bon à savoir c'est qu'il n'y a pas la possibilité de se garer devant ou à côté du logement. C'est fort pénible avec les valises, en plus ce n'est pas plat. le logement est petit uniquement pour deux personnes et non cinq. La petite chambre est à l'étage avec deux lits séparés. on monte avec un étroit escalier en colimaçon. Pour le positif la mer est proche avec de jolies plages et le village fort agréable.

Le petit appartement est juste pour deux personnes. La difficulté est d'amener ses bagages à l'appartement, le parking est assez loin et en pente! La petite chambre à l'étage est mal conçue.

Süßes Haus und tolle Lage. Strand Nähe war super. Die Treppe etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber gut. Nur das Licht auf den Wegen hat gefehlt, war sehr düster Abends. Aber immer wieder gerne und wir kommen wieder.

Résidence calme et agréable à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage. Le personnel de l'accueil est sympathique. Logement propre et récemment rafraîchi. Cuisine bien équipée, on ne manque de rien. Chiens autorisés sur la plage sauf juillet et août. Je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour.

Ich war alleine unterwegs und die Unterkunft war absolut ausreichend. Sie ist für 5 Personen - das funktioniert nur als Familie mit 3 Kindern. Bei 5 Personen bräuchte man eigentlich ein weiteres Zimmer. Aber sonst alles top. Man sollte französisch oder englisch sprechen dann kann man es in vollen Zügen genießen- die Betreiber der Anlage war sehr zuvorkommend und war froh mit mir in französisch sprechen zu können

Pro: Die Nähe zum Strand. Contra: Weite Wege zwischen Parkplatz und Wohnung. Buchungsdetails waren an der Rezeption nicht bekannt, und damit die Wohnung auch nicht vorbereitet.wären wir nach Check in zeit angekommen hatten wir 2 Tage keine Handtücher und Bettwäsche gehabt . WiFi war immer wieder weg. Rezeption spricht nur englisch und französisch..

+Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war super und die Umgebung sehr schön. -Leider hat die Unterkunft nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.alles ausser sehr (!) klein und eng. Der Boden im Erdgeschoss ist eine Art unbehandelter Stein/ Schiefer o.ä. welcher sich wahrscheinlich nicht gut reinigen lässt, denn es war sehr schmuddelig. Die Wendeltreppe zum oberen, auch sehr kleinen und engen Stock, ist sehr steil (nicht vertretbar zb für einen Labrador). Wir sind frühzeitig abgerereist.

L'appartement était parfait, tout équipé. Près de l'océan. Pas besoin de prendre son véhicule. Très calme. Avec un parking qui ne permet pas d'aller jusqu'à votre appart, et ça c'est très bien. Des aires de jeux pour les enfants. Un personnel très accueillant.

Die Umgebung mit der stark befahrenen Küstenstraße ist bei weitem nicht so wild, wie das Eingangsbild der Sud Ocean Anlage suggeriert. Der für Fussgänger/Radfahrer praktisch nicht passierbare Fluss schränkt den Radius zusätzlich ein. Insgesamt aber sehr interessante und schöne Gegend. Die Anlage ist für ältere Menschen eher nicht geeignet (autofrei = Gepäck schleppen, Wendeltreppe sehr eng).

Wohnungen sind zwar schmal, aber es ist alles, was man braucht vorhanden. Es ist sehr ruhig, da keine Autos auf dem Gelände fahren dürfen. Die Verwaltung ist diskret und zuvorkommend.

A notre arrivée -1 pas d'accès avec la voiture pour déposer nos affaires ceci n'était pas signalé sur votre annonce - 2 l'annonce sur votre droite nous semblait vraiment en bordure de mer - 3 sommes monté à l'étage escalier tourniquet pas pratique peinture sur la rampe non séchée en avions plein les mains ceci n'était pas signalé donc n'avons pas utilisé l'étage. avons déplié le canapé - 4 Pas de protection sous les pieds de chaise (très agaçant lors des déplacements ) - 5 et pour couronner le tout avions de la compagnie les FOURMIS (mais vous ne pouvez rien contre la nature avons acheté bombe) - 6 ceci dit c'est un endroit reposant très calme quelques bancs ici et là seraient ajoutés seraient certainement appréciés

Klein gehaltene Ferienwohnung in einem Feriendorf, wenige Meter bis zum sehr schönen Sandstrand. Preis-Leistung stimmen hier auf jeden Fall. Perfekt für die nicht luxusverwöhnte Kleinfamilie.

Es war alles da was man benötigt hat. Das Appartement war einfach eingerichtet und erschien in Teilen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war aber alles durchaus in Ordnung. Insbesondere bei dem günstigen Preis alles bestens. Einzig beim TV gab es so gut wie keine interessanten Programme. Z. B. VOXup. Dafür AlJassira und ähnlich seltsames. Echt merkwürdig. Dafür gibt es WLAN. Funktioniert einigermaßen gut. Schöne Lage nahe zum Strand. Achtung bei der Anfahrt. Die Route Cotiere ist kein Strassenname in Guidel Plages wird vom Navi nicht gefunden. Es geht nur mit den Koordinaten. Oder man fährt die Strandstrasse bis kurz vor den Ortsausgangsschild letzte Linke Einfahrt. Das Schild zu Ocesn Sud ist leider nicht ganz so gut zu erkennen.
