Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 2 sleeping facilities. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The property is one of a type of property or apartment.

Child friendly resort "Les Dunes", 2 storeys. 48 houses in the residence. 32 apartments in the residence. 1 km from the centre of Mimizan-Plage, 70 km from the centre of Arcachon, 120 km from the centre of Bordeaux, 1.3 km from the sea, 1.3 km from the beach, 400 m from the river. For shared use: natural state property 2 ha with trees, swimming pool, indoor pool heated (depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 22.Mar. - 08.Nov.). Children's pool, slide, outdoor shower. In the complex: reception, internet access, WiFi, sauna, fitness room, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Courant" 400 m. Please note: car-free holiday complex. The photograph shows a typical example. Location Description Mimizan

Bathing resort with 10'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 70 km from Arcachon, 110 km from Bordeaux, 130 km from Biarritz. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, cinema. Large sandy beach. The River Courant connects the sea with the lake and is an ideal bathing and play area for children. Paper factory (some smells depending on wind), 6 km.

War schon mehrmals in der Unterkunft, und immer sehr zu frienden Vor allem das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Wäre schön wenn man direkt Kontakt mit der Rezeption zu bekommen könnte um das Haus zu buchen, das einem gefällt.

Wir mögen das Feriendorf von Nemea und haben dort in den vergangenen Jahren immer schöne Ferien verbracht; die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, die Anordnung der einzelnen Ferienhäuser erfreut uns jedes Mal; man hat Privatsphäre und kann dennoch den Kontakt zu den Nachbarn pflegen. Einzige Kritik: wenn nachts innerhalb der Anlage zumindest die ein oder andere Wegbeleuchtung wieder eingeschaltet werden könnte.

Problème d'évacuation des eaux de la baignoire et lavabo .salle de bain et vaiselle sale .nids de fourmis dans la maison. Matelas beaucoup trop dur.et tâcher. Interhome nous à pas prévenu de la fermeture de l'accueil le mercredi jour de notre arrivée pour la réception de notre clef. Ça ne vaut pas du tout le rapport qualité prix élevé.

La maison est bien par contre nous avons trouvé qu'il manquait beaucoup d'activités toutes simples sur place, surtout pour les enfants. Mis à part la piscine, il n'y a rien, parcs avec structures pour enfants de différents âges, terrains multisports, espaces vert. Autre chose, pas de lumière sur le chemin entre les lodges et le parking. Fermeture du peu d'activité trop tôt, piscine et salle de muscu fermées à 19h ... C'est à peu près tout. Séjour agréable, cadre magnifique, piscine chauffée très appréciable surtout début mai, 10 min à pied des rues commerçantes, des restaurants et de la plage. Quelques points négatifs à signaler : La terrasse de notre logement était à l'ombre toute la journée. Prix exorbitant de la wifi et de la télé : il faut en effet débourser 16€ par semaine et PAR APPAREIL (honteux surtout lorsque l'on en a besoin pour son travail) pour avoir la wifi et 42€ la semaine pour la télé (vraiment honteux).

Top Unterkunft für 3 Personen; somit bleibt genügend Platz und Freiraum für alle. Sehr angenehm durch die Raumaufteilung mit Wohn-/Esszimmer, Küche, Bad mit sep. Toilette im EG und den Schlafzimmern im OG. Großzügige Terrasse.

Die Lage ist fein, ca. 15 Min. zu Fuss zum Atlantik, ca. 5 Min. zu Fuss zum Flusstrand. Leider stinkt die Papierfabrik des Nachts sehr stark und die Unterkunft ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber die Leute dort sind wahnsinnig nett und zuvorkommend! Das wirklich Tolle dort ist einfach der Atlantik!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung - es passte (fast!) alles, wie ich es bisher von InterChalet gewohnt war. Ein ganz großer Nachteil jedoch: die Anlage liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße (D626). 22 der etwa 100 Ferienwohnungen haben eine ausschließliche Ausrichtung zur D626, wir hatten eine davon (J03). Aufgrund dieser Lage ist an einen entspannten Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse und bei geöffneten Fenstern in den Schlafräumen tagsüber und abends bis nach Mitternacht nicht zu denken gewesen.

Très bon séjour au domaine des dunes, accueil chaleureux, belle infrastructure avec piscines, sauna, salle de sport, propreté irréprochable. Le logement est assez spacieux, le domaine est bien situé, pas besoin de voiture pour aller faire les courses (supermarche Leclerc proche) et accès à la plage à pieds. Résidence calme.

Avis favorable le personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute .Logement propre mais manque quelques accessoires de cuisine Pas bruyant en cette période de l'année . Dans l'ensemble pour moi tout était très bien . Par contre il y a une usine de papier qui propage une odeur désagréable et si la nuit vous dormez la fenêtre ouverte ça vous réveille mais bon il n'y a que e ce point négatif .

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung in zweiter Reihe von der Straße weg, soweit war der Verkehrslärm für uns kein Thema. Als Kriterium für uns, nicht mehr in der Nähe der Papierfabrik zu buchen, ist die starke Geruchsbelästigung, die vor allem in der Nacht penetrant war. Nicht immer, aber bei einem Auffenthalt von 17 Tagen waren es doch 7 Tage. Der Service war gut und lief reibungslos, ein verstopfter Abfluss wurde sofort repariert. Wir nutzten die Wohnung zu zweit.

logement loué pour 6 personnes mais pas adapté pour 6. Réfrigérateur minuscule, lit canapé très ancien avec un matelas usagé où l'on ressent les barres de fer dans le dos? Attention à la terrasse semi-haute non sécurisé, pas de balustrade.
