Propriété bien agencée, spacieuses et comfortable. L’appartement est très propre, sans bémol. Nous étions 4 adultes pendant notre séjour. Parking, facilement à côté de l’appartement, nous n’avons pas utilisé le garage. Un emplacement calme en majorité de notre séjour.

Appartement tres bien. Entree de garage tres tres etroit. Box non identifie difficilement repérable en utilisant l'entree voiture. Box tres petit une longue voiture ne peut pas y etre enfermee. Pas tres eclairé, on se cogne la tete sur l'étagère du fond. Fourniture : sac poubelle trop petit et erreur de taille sur les alaises jetables fournies Emplacement: Bien mais on entend bien le bruit de la circulation. Odeur de tabac froid dans l'appartement pourtant non fumeur. Prix un peu elevé.

Bel appartement bien situé à proximité d'un centre commercial, à 10mn de Saint Malo intra muros. Gros défaut : sa situation sur une passerelle au-dessus de la rue, avec une insonorisation moyenne ; plus le bar sur la place, qui peut générer du bruit à toute heure. Attention donc si vous avez le sommeil léger.
