Nice compact apartment equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Key handover was very efficient. Secure parking was much appreciated - leave your car and take a 20 minute stroll into the old town. Balcony small but south-facing so you can have a snack or a drink in the sunshine. A good boulangerie and some other shops nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

The block and number of our apartment and how to access the lift was on page 9 of the information in small light blue print that we missed. This should surely have been on page 1 Having driven for five hours, we had to carry heavy luggage onto the street and try each top floor door looking for our apartment. We are elderly and chose the flat for convenience. It was traumatic not knowing where our apartment was. The car would not fit in the garage and the outside chairs were not fit for purpose.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement très pratique et très propre, et surtout, idéalement placé. seule petite remarque : la photo de l'annonce correspond à la terrasse de l'appartement d'à côté... pas très grave mais ca surprend en arrivant.

Das Appartment liegt fußläufig zur Altstadt und zum Strand. Es ist sauber und zweckmäßig. Den Balkon konnten wir wegen des Wetters nicht nutzen.

Pro: Appartement bien équipé, proximité de la ville et de la plage. Contra: Petit problème à l'arrivée : les renseignements reçus pour récupérer la clé n'étaient pas bons et je n'avais pas été avertie que l'agence était fermée et qu'il fallait avoir un code pour récupérer les instructions et les clés.

Appartamento abbastanza grande, ci sarebbe stato comodamente un letto vero invece di uno a scomparsa, tavolo troppo grande nel terrazzino e manca qualche gancio per asciugamani nel bagno, per il resto buono, a parte il check in che si fa in un'altra posto e risulta un po' scomodo. (I cuscini sono improponibili)

Grand studio très bien situé avec petit balcon sympathique ( par contre, la vue sur la photo de l'annonce est en fait la terrasse du voisin de droite mais on voit quand même cette vue, mais d'un peu plus loin ). Facile de se garer ( proximité de places gratuites et d'un parking payant ), Intermarché à 300 m, le port et la mer sont très proches de la location. A 10 minutes à pied des fortification de St Malo.

Dans l'ensemble c'est un très bonne location, propre, calme, bon service client et très bien située. Le seul bémol serait les consommables sur place, certains (un torchon et du liquide vaisselle par exemple) n'auraient pas été de refus. Dans l'ensemble, une location que je recommande.
