Exit to the garden. 2 showers, sep. WC. Upper floor: large lounge with bar and TV (flat screen), Home cinema. 2 rooms with Dressing room, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Large garden, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 500 m2 (fenced). Table tennis. In the house: table tennis, billiard table, playroom. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 350 m, café 400 m, bus stop 450 m, railway station "La Gouesnière" 8 km, sandy beach "Port mer" 2.9 km. Maison spacieuse, lits confortables, cuisine bien équipée, grande salle à manger. Sinon, il y aurait a revoir les finitions de décoration, du carrelage à remplacer dans la cuisine mais ça n’a pas gâché nos vacances. Suffisamment de place pour garer les voitures. Un superbe billard mais pas de queues en état pour sen servir.

Das Haus ist leider architektonisch in Bezug auf die Lage und Gebäudequalität nicht ansprechend. Der Garten wird durch die Garagenzufahrt dominiert. Gartenmobiliar ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Der Garten bzw. die Terrasse zum Vorgarten ohne bequeme Möbel. Das Haus selbst ist in den Schlafräumen billigst möbliert. Die Gästetoiletten ohne Waschbecken, Wände dünn, Innenausstattung Esszimmer gut, Küche ok. Gesamte Beleuchtung sehr schlecht/dunkel im Haus. Nicht zu empfehlen. Preis zu hoch in HS.
