Shop 800 m, grocery, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 300 m, diving center 900 m. Sports harbour 900 m, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 33 km, Cité de Carcassonne 73 km, Espace balnéoludique de Gruissan 7 km.

Location Description Narbonne-Plage

Narbonne-Plage with its magnificent white sandy beach is situated near the farmous Languedoc regional park "Massif de la Clape". Well known for its water sports. Family-friendly bathing resort, 80 km north from Perpignan, 165 km south-east from Toulouse, 105 km south from Montpellier. To visit: Narbonne and its historical monuments with the Halles dating from 1901, the cathedral and its treasures, the VIa Domitia. The Domaine de l'Hospitalet, 7 kms, in the La Clape mountains and ist 52 hectares of AOC vineyards coteaux du languedoc. The Clauses honey farm, in Montseret, as the honey is just as important as the wine in Aude.

Sandy beach, 5 km long. Heated outdoor swimming pool. Waterpark "AQUAJET". Sports harbour de Narbonne-Plage. Sailing school. Tennis (5 outdoor courts). Riding. Fishing. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground, leisure park "PIRAT PARK à Gruissan" 12 km. Nightly market in June, July and August. Numerous fish restaurants. Mountain bike and hiking trips in the Clape Mountain range. The heated swimming pool is situated in the "Eva Sport" centre which also has a gym.

Het huis uitgezocht op nabijheid strand en hek eromheen. Alles is aanwezig, wel wat krap bemeten in keuken en badkamer beneden. Niet echt stralend schoon, maar goed genoeg. Jammer dat beetje basis niet aanwezig was: toiletpapier etc.

La ubicación es perfecta, la distribución de la casa está bien, pero muy muy sucia, todas las habitaciones llenas de polvo de meses, muy cargada de objetos de decoración lo que la hace que sea difícil manterla limpia, la cocina llena de cacharros viejisimos, sucios y oxidados. Los colchones son viejisimos y hay 2 en cada cama... no se duerme mal

On sent que cette maison est aussi utilisée par ses propriétaires, tout y est. L'intérieur n'est pas de première jeunesse mais tout fonctionne et est bien pensé avec une claire séparation entre les occupants du RDC et ceux de l'étage. Notre seul problème fut l'absence de climatisation avec jusqu'à 29° dans les chambres de l'étage. A noter aussi un escalier raide qui peut être dangereux pour des enfants petits.

We stayed 7 nights in this well located and well furnished house. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs were nice and clean the 2 bedrooms downstairs were clean but small. The bathroom was outdated and in need of refurbishment / decorating but clean. The kitchen was adequate and fully furnished but again a bit shabby and tired. We had to do some cleaning though. The table was big and there was enought sitting places but the living room was tiny with 2 very uncomfortable rattan chair and bench

Super maison de vacances, rien ne manquait, il y avait même une chaise et un lit bébé, très proche de la plage,au calme, seul bémol pour les literies et oreillers qui méritent d'être remplacés. Attention aussi aux escaliers très raides. Manque aussi peut-être la climatisation.

La proximité de la plage est parfaite, le quartier est très calme. le jardin agréable mais mériterait d être un peu taillé côté portillon et côté étendage. La salle de bain du bas serait plus agréable avec une cabine de douche et coin salon petit et peu confortable. Dans l ensemble séjour très agréable dans une grande maison.

Das Haus bietet genug Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Liegt in optimalen Strandnähe. Es wurde einst sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, leider aber nicht weiter gepflegt. Es war nicht sauber,wir mussten erst putzen. In den Ecken Jahre alter Schmutz. Möbel zum Teil auseinandergefallen (Schubladen). Der Grill nur mit viel Improvisation brauchbar. Die Gartenmöbel bestanden aus sehr unbequem Metallstühlen und Liegen waren auch keine vorhanden . Wir haben unseren Urlaub trotzdem sehr genossen .

Antiker Gasherd, ein paar Ameisen, keine Sonnenliegen und ein defekter Klositz waren kleine Schönheitsfehler. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wunderbar und der Ort in den Osterferien nicht überlaufen.Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und sportliche Aktivitäten auch für Teenager sind möglich.

Charmante maison très bien situé avec son jardin , sa douche extérieur et son barbecue. La literie un peu médiocre mais le point négatif est la propreté: frigo et vaisselles très sales , Tapis de douches dégueulasses ! On a du tout laver !

Maison de location vraiment très proche de la mer ( moins de 2 minutes a pied) . Assez grande pour accueillir 8 adultes et bébé. Tout est a disposition dans la maison . Seul bémol , literie dans deux chambres et mobilier de jardin qui resterais a revoir. Rapport qualité/prix très intéressant. Agence interhome superbe. Bravo.

emplacement idéal, espace à vivre compatible avec notre configuration familiale mais : menage non fait, trop d'ustensiles de cuisine et literie peu confortable. nous avons malgré cela passé d'agréables moments.
