Kitchen (mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm), shower/WC. 1 children's room 10 m2, with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 110 - 140 cm with curtain, rooflight with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating, air-conditioning. Small patio 12 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

For shared use: swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 19.Jun. - 12.Sep.). Parking. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 300 m. Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 29 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Narbonne Plage, 6 km. The photograph shows a typical example. Near the Mateille lake. Please note: bermuda shorts prohibited in the swimming pool.

Location Description Gruissan

The Clape mountain range over 15000 hectares overlooks the resort of Gruissan, an area classified natural heritage. Several trekking and mountain bike paths in the middle of the "guarrigue" (local vegatation type). Rock climbing site. A market is held 3 times a week in the old town. Lovely fine sandy beaches. The Cathare country, former home of the Knights Templar, is to the gates of Gruissan (castle, wine trails...). Quiet, family-friendly, medieval village, directly by the sea, 15 km from Narbonne. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, casino, evening entertainment. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping. Outdoor swimming pool. Sports harbour. Sailing school. Tennis (15 outdoor courts, 1 indoor court). Minigolf. Riding. Beach volleybally court, summer tobbogan run. Hiking paths, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles for hire. Leisure park. Area famous for windsurfing (French "fun board" championship). An indoor swimming pool with balneo area will be opening in 2011.

Jolie location sur Gruissan Les Ayguades, 5mn des commerces et resto à pieds, moins de 10mn de la plage à pieds. Belle balade autour de l'étang à pieds. Couchage pour 6 personnes avec petite véranda donnant sur la rue piétonne. Nous avons passé mes soeurs et moi un bon week !

Super Lage, strandnah, für 4 Personen gerade so ausreichend. In der Küche befanden sich angebrochene Lebensmittel. In einem Schrank standen von außen klebrige angebrochene Flaschen. Der Schrank mit Mülleimer war sehr verschmutzt von innen. Die Toiletten haben übel gerochen, weshalb ich einen Klosteine hineingehängt habe. Das obere WC war mit einem halben Vorhang zum Zimmer abgetrennt statt mit einer Tür. Die Spülmaschine spülte mangelhaft. Die Couch war unbenutzbar da kaputt.

Die Spülmaschine wurde kontrolliert, das Sofa wurde inzwischen repariert und ist nun wieder voll funktionsfähig. Das von Ihnen erwähnte WC befindet sich in einem Schlafzimmer und ist durch eine Tür abgetrennt. Wir bedauern jegliche Verwirrung diesbezüglich. Es freut uns, dass Ihnen die Lage gefallen hat, bedauern aber, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht ganz Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Dennoch hoffen wir darauf, dass Sie uns eine weitere Chance geben, um Ihnen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten.

Quartier très agréable mais la location sale : poussières non faites, sols non lavés gros doute sur les mesures sanitaires vu l état du logement (nous payons un nettoyage final par interhome mais je ne pense pas que cela soit fait à chaque changement de locataire dommage) , douche bouchée, pb frigo résolu rapidement heureusement, pas de clim, lave vaisselle sale et ne lave pas très bien pb déjà remonté apparemment mais non resolu et peu d intimité sur la terrasse car très passager.

Un logement pas très adapté aux enfants de moins de 5 ans ni aux plus de 10 ans. La chambre sous comble a une fenêtre velux qui ne s'ouvre pas. Pièce exiguë et étouffante.Très difficile d'accès pour un adulte. Douches qui manquent de pression d'eau. Propreté très décevante à l'arrivée. Mérite de l'entretien et des travaux de rafraîchissement .
