"Milin-Avel", 4-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and international TV channels. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

For the price you pay, you should expect to arrive at a full equipped house. - there were not sufficient cleaning materials. - the house should be equiped for 6 people, but there were only 3 cups to drink from... - no working wifi Further, we had to pay for the cleaning costs, despite these were inclusive. The landlord kept saying that we should do this ourselves. We were accused to have broken a lot of things, which we hadn't. Also, the were cockroaches in the house....

As a rule, guests are to carry out basic cleaning before leaving the the holiday rental, final cleaning is carried out by the cleaning staff. So as to be clear what basic cleaning entails, please refer to our Standard Contract conditions section 4.5. "...Basic cleaning is to be carried out by you as the customer, regardless of the fact that a final clean will be carried out by the Property Owner". Thank you for the understanding.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig, hell und gemütlich. Es ist alles da, was man braucht - sogar ein Wäschetrockner. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern verläuft freundlich und unkompliziert.

Ruhiges Haus mit angenehm großen Räumen, techn. Ausstattung gut Pro: Die Lage (1 km vom Meer), die Ruhe, die Größe des Anwesens und des Hauses Contra: Lieblose Außenanlage, Betonboden auf der Terrasse, \nSonnenschirm war kaputt, wurde in 3 Wochen nicht ersetzt; Liegestühle alt, irreführende Abbildung der Gartenmöblierung insgesamt; Ausstattung der Küche mangelhaft (3 Tassen, keine Küchenmesser), muffige Schränke

Contact tel pour prendre possession de notre appt très compliqué. Caution exigée en espèces. Logement non chauffée à notre arrivée. Manque d'hygiène (matelas tachés, absence d'alese, négligeance de la propreté des lieux...) téléviseur non utilisable (seulement langue allemande)...

Schönes Haus mit Meerblick. Empfang war sehr freundlich. Würde sofort wieder dort Urlaub machen. Der Staubsauger ist inzwischen da.

Het huisje is van de buitenkant prachtig, maar van binnen erg verouderd en niet compleet. Eettafel, stoelen, wc bril, tv eerst moeten repareren. En droger en wasmachine werkten niet naar behoren. Servies was niet compleet, waren te weinig en slecht bestek en ook te weinig bekers om bv thee uit te drinken. Er is geen fatsoenlijk tuinmeubilair en de ligbedden zijn oud. Voor dit bedrag verwacht je een compleet goed onderhouden huis.

Schöne Umgebung, aus dem Haus könnte man mehr machen Pro: Lage schön mit Sicht aufs Meer, ausreichend Platz Contra: check in überhastet, Küche unpraktisch, Pfannen verkratzt dadurch unbrauchbar ( Leute, incl. Vermieter, wissen scheinbar nicht, wie beschichtete Pfannen zu behandeln sind, deshalb nehme ich immer eine eigene mit).\nVermieter behält 50 .- von der Kaution ein, weil ein Schlüssel abgebrochen ist. Dieser ururalte Schlüssel zerbrach in meiner Hand OHNE Gewalteinwirkung und außerhalb irgendeines Schlosses. Jetzt muss der Vermieter angeblich ein neues Schloss einbauen, da er keinen Ersatzschlüssel habe! Das ist fahrlässig und seine eigene Schuld.\nAbgesehen davon einige schmutzige Ecken, Schneckenspuren, tote Insekten und man hat den Eindruck, das Geld für die Vermietung soll von selbst reinkommen. Die Saisoneröffnung bei diesem Haus wurde nicht gewissenhaft vorbereitet. Vermieter wusste auch nicht, dass die Endreinigung im Preis inbegriffen war, hatte ich den Eindruck, aber die Verständigung war auch schwierig, da der Vermieter nur französisch spricht und ich nicht gut französisch.

Rustig Pro: Het huis was schoon en gezellig, grote tuin waar kinderen veilig kunnen spelen. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het strand is vlakbij, rustige omgeving. De molen is leuk om te bezoeken. Contra: Dat het zo snel voorbij was. :) Geen enkel nadeel.

Bien que la maison soit bien placée, face à la mer et lumineuse, nous avons été déçus par certains points: La chambre parentale imprégnée d'humidité, une literie globalement mauvaise, et la présence quotidienne des propriétaires qui passent jardiner ou encore tondre... Dommage car la Presqu'île de Crozon est une pure merveille !

Arrivée sous la pluie, il faut passer dans l'eau pour accéder à la maison non chauffée, alors qu'il faisait 10°; chauffage électrique obsolète et très énergivore avec 2 radiateurs d'appoint; le grille pain ne fonctionne pas, l'abattant de WC pas adapté, ne tient pas, pas une feuille de papier dans les toilettes. En fin de séjour on nous fait payer l'électricité y compris celle du congélateur utilisé par le propriétaire pour son seul usage ! Je trouve très désagréable d'avoir à payer la caution en espèce et sans reçu......Etc, Ect La photo rend bien, pelouse tondue, mais cela ressemblait davantage à un champ (pas tondu)

Das Haus liegt ruhig mit Sicht zum Meer. Über einen 1 km langen Weg erreicht man den Strand von Telgruc-sur-mer. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, sauber und auch für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Die Vermieter sind ansprechbar, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken.
