Famous, historical, picturesque bathing resort with 14'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, in an idyllic position with beautiful view, 13 km north from l'Espagne, 203 km south from Bordeaux, 315 km west from Toulouse. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, night club, casino, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Indoor aquatic centre, solarium, health cures, massage, thalassotherapy. A river and a bridge separate Cibourne from St Jean de Luz. Socoa is a small family-friendly beach at the furthest point on the bay. Urrugne borders St Jean de Luz. Numerous beaches. Appartement bien situé pour aller et venir à St. Jean de Luz. A deux pas de la mer, des halles, du marché.... Bon équipement de la cuisine. Salle de bains pafaite. Appartement spacieux, propre.

Appartement très coquet et confortable avec une situation idéale, près des Halles ouvertes tous les matins, et près de la plage et de la rue commerçante. Je pense qu’en saison il doit être assez bruyant (bars et restaurants en face) et livraisons très matinales… Il bénéficie d’un parking dans le sous-sol du cinéma (entrée à une cinquantaine de mètres). L’équipement de la cuisine est top, vaisselle de bon goût et bon état, le lit confortable. Avons passé un très bon séjour en mars.

L'appartement est très central et le parking compris est un vrai plus. Tout se fait à pied. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et a été refait récemment. Deux points de vigilance : le ménage était très approximatif (bien qu'en période COVID) et l'emplacement central est probablement bruyant en pleine saison (appartement au 1er étage sur une petite place avec un bar et un parking 2 roues motorisées sous la fenêtre). Pour les intoxiqués, la TV TNT est très capricieuse.

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire. Nous regrettons d'apprendre que vous avez été déçus par le ménage. Suite à votre commentaire, les équipes en charge de celui-ci ont été informées, elles feront désormais plus attention afin d'éviter cette déception aux futurs locataires. La télévion via la TNT va également être remplacée.

Les +: Hyper centre et donc idéalement situé. Appartement fonctionnel, clair, déco sympa, tout pratiquement neuf et extrêmement propre. Literie neuve. Les -: couchage du canapé raide et pas pratique (lit à défaire pour le replier). Pas de voilage dans le salon alors qu'au 1er étage d'une place avec restaurants, donc ouverture des rideaux une fois habillés. Je recommande pour ceux qui ne privilégient pas le calme, mais on le sait quand on vient à St Jean, l'été.
