Jäkälätieva is in a calm location in the middle of lichen/forest terrain. Lichen is a speciality in this destination. It is still remaining due to the reindeer fence. Many services nearby: Hotel Vuontispirtti 3,5 km, reindeer farm with dining possibility 3 km. From reindeer farm you can rent canoes. Raattama village 5 km, where are located, for example, grocery store, restaurant with alcohol serving rights and horse riding stables. Hiking route from Vuontispirtti to the National Park's fells.
