Single-family house, built in 2021. 25 km from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, garden (fenced). Outdoor shower, terrace (300 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 5 km. Golf course 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Skjern

Small, cosy town with 8'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region 7 km from the sea, on a river (Skjern Å), 60 km north from Esbjerg, 77 km south-east from Ringkøbing. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Skjern Enge nature area 3 km, Bork Vikingehavn 25 km, Kids' club Wow-Park 15 km, Legoland 55 km, nature reserve.

Summer

All watersports available in Skaven strand 14 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 14 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 9 km. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Endlich mal ein Haus, wo die Küche mit wirklich allen ausgestattet ist, was Hausfrau begehrt! Toll fand ich auch, dass die Wege immer gut begehbar waren.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub mit Hund in einem tollen Haus. Der Garten ist riesig und für Hunde ausreichend zum toben. Er ist auch eingezäunt. Würden immer wieder dort Urlaub machen!!!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit viel Platz für die Familie/Freunde. Die Ausstattung innen und außen war top. Das Ferienhausgebiet ist ruhig und die vielen Wege zum Spazierengehen wurden regelmäßig gemäht. Die gepflegten Spielplätze wurden gerne von den Kindern genutzt. Wir würden dort wieder Urlaub machen!

Von Anreise bis Abreise Top, ein sehr modernes Haus. Keine Schlüssel Abholung im Service Büro /man bekommt kurz vor Anreise ein Code via Email/ Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht moderne Küchen Einrichtung bis hin Zum Aktivitäten Raum alles vorhanden, und modern eingerichtet. Die große Terrasse verleitete zum sonnen Bad ein. (Was wir auch zu unserer Zeit genießen konnten)Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und unsere 2Hunde fühlten sich Sau wohl und hatten den Rasen als Spiel Wiese genutzt. werden das Haus wieder Buchen

Das Haus ist ein Traum. An-und Abreise super unkompliziert, da man per Mail einen Code zugeschickt bekommt, womit sich die Tür öffnen lasst. Es muss kein Büro zur An-und Abreise anfahren werden. Super tolle, moderne Einrichtung, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Billard spielen und spaßige Abende mit Freunden waren garantiert. Die Außenanlagen ist auch ein mega, bei uns hat leider nur das Wetter nicht mitgespielt. Zum Fjord ist es nicht weit und alles andere mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne mal wieder.
