House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1870. 10 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2. Terrace (15 m2). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Bredebro

Quiet village with 1'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region 17 km from the sea, on a river (Brede Å), 15 km north from Tønder, 65 km south-east from Esbjerg. In the resort: grocery, bakery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna at 15 km. Besides: doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 15 km. Sights Ecco skofabrik 200 m, Højer slussen 17 km, Ribe VikingeCenter 35 km, Kids' club Legoland 96 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Lakolk, Rømø 30 km. Sandy beach, 10 km long, up to 900 m wide, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 30 km from the resort. Outdoor swimming pool 500 m. Surfing. Summer sports 5 - 20 km. Golf course 18 hole in Tønder 20 km. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Die Lage wunderschön,250m zum Wattenmeer. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr mit Trödel vollgestellt und nicht gerade sauber. Das 2. Schlafzimmer oben mit Meerblick war nicht zu benutzen. Es wirkt wie ein Abstellraum. Das Zimmer mit dem Einzelbett roch extrem streng. Gartenmöbel mussten wir selbst organisieren u.putzen. Sauberes Haus sieht anders aus, in der Küche roch es oft nach der Ölheizung. Das 2er Schlafzimmer mit Betten unten war okay. Stauraum kaum vorhanden, nur ein Schrank zu hängen.

Het huis is fantastisch, rustig, gelegen met uitzicht op de Waddenzee. Het huis zelf is prima als je van 'brocante' houdt. Het nadeel van deze gezelligheid is dat het huis niet schoon is. Overal ligt wel stof en spinnenweb. De 2 bedden beneden zijn prima, boven twijfel ik aan. De eigenaar zou er goed aan doen om de kussens te vervangen, deze waren vies geel...

Das Ferienhaus liegt fantastisch direkt am Naturschutzgebiet mit Blick auf das Wattenmeer. Es ist mit alten Möbeln ausgestattet, was optisch passend ist. Leider riecht es unangenehm nach Moder, Staub und Schimmel. Zusätzlich kommt aus dem Hauswirtschaftsraum ein strenger Geruch nach Heizöl. Viel Lüften hat aber geholfen. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist sehr großzügig und hat ebenfalls einen wunderschönen Ausblick zum Wattenmeer, die unteren Schlafzimmer sind eher klein. Es fehlt an Schränken und Stauraum. Die kleinere Toilette ist nur von dem kleinen Zweibettzimmer erreichbar. Die Küche ist akzeptabel und war unser Hauptaufenthaltsraum. Sie wurde durch die Kühlschränke abends schön warm. Auch hier fehlender Stauraum! Achtung! Die Türen sind z.T. nur 180 cm hoch! Der Strandkorb auf den Fotos ist leider im Schuppen und somit nicht nutzbar gewesen! Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub und das Haus liegt wirklich fantastisch. Ideal für lange Spaziergänge , aber auch für Touren nach Rømø und Ribe.
