Single-family house, built in 1968. 1.4 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'190 m2. Barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m. Golf course 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Blåvand

Small, busy bathing resort with 200 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 38 km north-west from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, restaurant, bar, museum. Wellness centre, fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy. Sights Blåvand Bolcher 500 m, Blåvandshuk Fyr 2 km, Kids' club Play City 2 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 10 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 2.5 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 8 km. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Climbing park. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire.

Sehr schönes Haus, mit allem was man so braucht. Leider zu dicht an der Straße, dadurch sehr viel Straßenlärm.

Wer ein Ferienhaus sucht das dicht am Ortskern liegt, hat hier einen Volltreffer 1 Minute vom Grundstück und man ist mitten drin. Die Lärmbelästigung durch die Straße ist kaum wahrzunehmen. Das Haus selber sowohl die angrenzenden Terrassen sind sehr gepflegt und laden ein zum verweilen. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Was in Zukunft ausgetauscht werden sollte ist die doch schon sehr durchgesetzte Couch. Wenn man aus der Tür vom Wohnzimmer auf die Terrasse möchte, muss man einen ca 30-40 cm tiefen Schritt nach unten machen,dort wäre gut wenn man einen Trittstein verbauen würde. Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Nahe am Ortskern gelegen, was aber auch mit viel Verkehrslärm und immer mit parkenden Autos vor dem Grundstück einherging, aber relativ weit zu den Stränden.

Das Haus ist toll! Umfangreich ausgestattet, es fehlte nichts. Der Stromzähler ist versteckt im Küchenschrank am Kühlschrank. Kaum zu finden. Dieser Tipp gilt für alle folgenden. Im Winter sollte man schon viel Holz mitnehmen. Die Heizung braucht ein bisschen im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Tolle Lage, tolles Haus. Gerne immer wieder!!!
