Location Description Thisted

Small, busy town with 13'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 95 km south-west from Ålborg, 180 km south-west from Skagen. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Thisted Brewery, Isbjerg, Nationalpark Thy 15 km.

Summer

Beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 7 km from the resort. Sea water outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course 18 hole 16 km. Minigolf. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Das Haus ist wirklich toll und hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist neu, mit schönen Gartenmöbeln und einem Weber Gasgrill. Wir haben schon viele Häuser in Klitmöller gemietet, dieses ist eines der schönsten, und wir würden es wieder mieten.

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie med familien. Sommerhuset var meget fint, hjemligt og hyggeligt, og det var udstyret med alt hvad en familie skal bruge. Det lille ekstrarum i stuen kastede børnene deres kærlighed til, og sad ofte derinde og hyggede. Lækker terrasse med gode læ-muligheder og med fin udsigt til bla aftensol. Området sommerhuset lå i var hyggeligt, og det var overkommeligt at gå ned til både stranden og by-livet. Alt i alt har vi haft én af de bedste sommerhus-ferier :-)
