Single-family house, built in 2010. 2 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 850 m2. Terrace (20 m2). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Ålbæk

Small, cosy resort with 1'500 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, 20 km south-west from Skagen, 20 km north-west from Fredrikshavn, 30 km east from Hirtshals. In the resort: grocery, post office, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre at 20 km. Besides: pharmacy 20 km, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 20 km. Sights Råbjerg Mile 12 km, Kids' club Farm Fun 2 km.

Summer

Beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 100 m from the resort. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 9 km from the resort. Sports harbour in 100 m. Golf course 18 hole in Hvide Klit Golf Club 5 km. Minigolf 11 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Rigtig dejligt og hyggeligt hus. Desværre er der ikke plads til udendørs leg og spil, da der ikke er nogen græsplæne, men ellers en dejlig naturgrund. Store og gode værelser.

Das Haus ist eigentlich sehr schön, nur leider sehr abgewohnt... Folgende Mängel wurden der Agentur zeitnah mitgeteilt und mit Fotos belegt. Fleckige Sitz-Möbel, Schimmel in Dusche und Duschvorhang, blinde Gläser und überall Spinnenweben. Des Weiteren befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus auf dem Nachbargrundstück eine riesige Baustellenfläche, welche komplett gerodet wurde. Leider teilte man mir mit, dass keine Abhilfe geschaffen werden kann - da sich Mobiliar eben abnutzen würde. Sicher, verstehe ich, aber dann sollte man es beizeiten austauschen und nicht weiter in diesem Zustand vermieten! Eine Kompensation anderer Art (z.B. monetär) fand ebenfalls nicht statt. Fazit: Sehr Schade um das schöne Haus und sicher unter diesen Bedingungen nicht noch einmal mit dieser Agentur.

Leider liegen einige Dinge außerhalb unserer Kontrolle – z.B. a. ob in der Nachbarschaft gebaut wird und wie sich das Wetter auf die Gartenmöbel auswirkt. Wir hatten wunderschöne zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus als vierköpfige Familie und haben uns toll erholt. Das Haus wirkt von außen auf den ersten Blick relativ unspektakulär, aber von innen ist es herrlich gemütlich und schön hell und freundlich. Eingebettet in Bäume und Kiefern ist es sehr ursprünglich. Mit Fahrrad und Auto kann man tolle Ausflüge machen. Die überdachte Terrasse hat uns an einigen Tagen gute Dienste geleistet. Die einzigen zwei Punkte, die man wissen sollte, sind ein fehlender Außenbereich (es gibt wirklich nur Bäume drumherum, keine Rasenfläche, evtl für kleine Kinder ungünstig) und wir wagen zu bezweifeln, dass es wirklich für 8 Personen passen könnte. Aber für uns war es super und wir sind sehr ungern wieder abgereist.

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie, min mand, søn og jeg selv. Dejligt sommerhus som levede op til vores forventninger. Området er rigtig godt, vores søn som cykler mountainbike, fik hver dag en god lang tur i området omkring sommerhuset, Skagen og Grenen. Den eneste ulempe er at en uge går alt for hurtigt.

Der er SÅ dårligt service i køkkenet. Det der er, er i virkelig ringe stand. Det burde ikke udlejes med så ubrugelig køkken udstyr. Eller et skønt hus
