Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Terrace 6 m2, roofed. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. 851-624778

House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 2000. 200 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'090 m2. Terrace (50 m2), fireplace, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine. Grocery 800 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Mittelgroßes Ferienhaus nur ca. 2-3 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus, vor allem die Küche, ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Gefehlt hat eigentlich nur ein größerer Topf zum Nudeln kochen etc. Besteck und Geschirr war in überreicher Menge vorhanden. Auf den Fotos sieht die Küchenecke sehr klein aus, wir hätten das Haus daher fast nicht gebucht. Sie war aber dann ganz ok. Draussen ist ein großer und gut gepflegter Kugel-Grill vorhanden. Insgesamt mit allen Annexen sind bis zu 8 Schlafplätze vorhanden, mit mehr als 4 Personen wird es aber wohl schon ganz schön eng in dem Haus, vor allem wenn man sich bei Regenwetter drinnen aufhalten muss. Das Doppelbett im Elternschlafzimmer ist geräumige 200cm breit. Schränke und Ablagen waren nicht so viele vorhanden wie wir es aus anderen DK-Urlauben gewohnt waren. Wir mussten erstmal viel Dekogegenstände verräumen, damit wir unsere Sachen wenigstens einigermaßen untergebracht haben. Zum Grundstück: Nur auf einer Seite (nach Westen) ist eine blickdichte Hecke. Zu den Nachbarn im Süden und Osten herrscht einwandfreie Einsicht und auch dem nördlichen Nachbarn konnte man gut bei seinen Terassenbauarbeiten zuschauen ;-) Im Garten sind für Kinder Schaukel und Sandkasten vorhanden (haben wir nicht genutzt). Liegestühle oder ähnliches gab es leider nicht.

Wir hatten eine tolle Augustwoche in dem sehr schönen, gut ausgestatteten und sauberen Haus. Die Nähe zum feinsandigen und bisweilen menschenleeren Bisnap-Strand war ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Ostsee ist an dieser Stelle sauber und flach. Abends sagten uns Reh und Hase direkt am Haus "Gute Nacht". :-)

Det er et rigtig godt og funktionelt sommerhus til en børnefamilie. Den korte afstand til den fantastiske strand og områdets ro er uforlignelig.
