Single-family house, built in 2018. 150 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'000 m2. Outdoor shower, terrace (170 m2). In the house: trampoline, washing machine. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Knebel

Small resort with 650 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 17 km east from Ebeltoft, 50 km north-east from Århus, 50 km south-west from Grenaa. In the resort: grocery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna at 17 km. Besides: pharmacy 17 km, doctor 500 m. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 17 km. National park Mols Bjerge 4 km, Sights Molslaboratoriet Natural History Museum 9 km, Glasmuseet Ebeltoft 19 km, Kattegatcenter Grenaa 45 km, Wellness park Lübker Square Nimtofte 34 km, Zoo Ree Safari Park 30 km, Kids' club Djurs Sommerland 30 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Begtrup Strand 5 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole in Kalø Golf Club 18 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Leider ist auch der schönste Urlaub einmal vorbei. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. ( 5 Erwachsene) Es gibt nichts am und im Haus was man bemängeln könnte. Auch die Lage ist Super, direkter kurzer Weg zum Strand und absolute Ruhe. Wir haben sogar noch warme Tage gehabt um die Terrasse bei Sonne zu geniessen. Auch das Team von Sonne und Strand ist sehr zu loben, alles war perfekt vorbereitet und auch der Abschluss war top. Wir besuchen dieses Haus oder auch andere Häuser von Sonne und Strand gerne wieder. Dankeschön!!
