Matulji: Apartment house "Lana 2". In the hamlet Trinajstići 2.5 km from the centre of Matulji, 6.5 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet position, 5 km from the sea. Private: garden 70 m2. Garden furniture. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 600 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 650 m, pebble beach 5 km, concrete beach 5 km.

Location Description Opatija

Chic, historical, picturesque bathing resort with 12'700 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, situated at the foot Ucka (1400 m), 12 km south-west from Rijeka. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, night club, casino, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, attractions. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, health cures, massage, thalassotherapy. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 2 - 12 km.

Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet. Aber sehr sauber war sie nicht. Auf dem Herd waren immer noch die verbrannten Topfkränze vom Vorgänger zu sehen. Diese haben wir mühevoll entfernt, den backofen habe wir uns gespart. Das Bad war auch nicht sehr sauber. In der Silikonfuge in der Dusche war Schimmel und irgendetwas war undicht. Das Bad war nach dem Duschen auf dem Boden komplett nass. Auch die Toilette unten im Abfluss und das Waschbecken am Rand des Abflusses war nicht ordentlich geputzt.

Nous avons pris la location, le ménage n'était pas fait, frigo à moitié vidé, pas de torchon, et peu de serviettes de bain donc location très moyenne. Les photos ne correspondent à pas à la location, notamment pas de vue sur mer.
