A village of 24 habitants but the quietness and comfort makes it all good. Nice area with good restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy at 4 km and beautiful fisher villages at 15 to 20 km. The house was comfortable with good stove and refrigerator, beautiful swimming pool and large garden.  Next time we will take our Deet mosquieto repellent with us, the little ones are very venomous... Thank you, A. and family for our nice stay and hopefully we will see eachother again. Take care!

Had a great vacation at villa Noel. Location is calm and only few km away from city center Umag and beaches. The villa itself served us very good and the level of equipment and utensils and poolside was superb. Great place!

Perfect house for 2 families holidaying together. Clean, well laid out and in the perfect location. No need to hire a car with less than 5 mins walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Fazana is a lovely village. Hosts were super helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend this home and location.

Stayed here for 1 week with our kids. Place is clean and well maintained. It’s like what they advertised. The pool is nice and refreshing. The caretaker/owner is so accommodating. She gave us fresh veggies from her garden. Baked us a fruit cake and delicious bread. Even gave us a parting gift. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place. ️

Wir sind mit zwei Familien gereist und hatten einen perfekten Urlaub! Beide Häuser sind mit Küche ausgestattet und das Haupthaus hat einen gedeckten Sitzplatz wo alle zusammen Essen konnten. Weiter anzumerken sind der direkte Zugang zum Strand, die Privatsphäre, die Nähe zu den Restaurants, die gut ausgetstatte Küche, super gepflegter Pool und viele weitere Vorzüge!

We had an excellent stay at T. 's house. The house is modern, very well located, and well equipped. The hosts are welcoming and responsive. We highly recommend this place.

The pool was perfect for the hot weather, and the water was warm. We ate outside for every meal, which was cooler. Check the mozzies. All the rooms are large, the kitchen adequate. We walked to the beaches to both bays within 10-15mins, the water slides entertained the kids and the cafes were good for the adults. Again both ways had very good restaurants overlooking the water. Pula was 15 mins by car, which interested everyone. So Lana house was ideal for all those reasons.

We stayed in this village to get peace and quiet. And near to the coast. Wonderful house and people in this area. Great host and nice clean house. Used the hot tub every day. Highly recommended.

The property is situated in a quiet and pleasant village which has shops and good restaurants close by. The property was as described, clean and prepared on our arrival. The pool was lovely. For the price paid this property is excellent value for money. A special mention for our host M., who was friendly and could not be more helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

Istria - The most beautiful natural sights
