1-room studio 40 m2 on 2nd floor, south facing position. Bright, simple and comfortable furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Small kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

House/Residence

Large, beautiful apartment house "Silence", 4 storeys, renovated in 2014. In the district of Winkelmatten, 1.2 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: lift, central heating system. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 600 m, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestiboden" 60 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.2 km. Mountain railway 800 m, ski rental 800 m, ski bus stop 60 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Well-known, famous, car-free winter sports resort with 5'478 inhabitants, situated at the foot of the Mount Cervin with beautiful view, 34 km south from Visp. In the resort: supermarket, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, bar, disco, museum, cinema. Glacier, hiking, electrocab available in town, indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Lakes nearby.

Summer

Bathing lake. Tennis (1 outdoor court, 1 indoor court), golf course 9 hole in Täsch 6 km. Minigolf. Fitness course. Summer skiing. Paragliding, beach volleybally court. Mountain lifts, 400 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. 80 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, leisure park. In May and June, lorries are allowed in Zermatt because of building season. In these months, it is slightly noisier than during the rest of the year, when Zermatt is car-free.

Ski-region Matterhorn Ski Paradise, total of 57 lifts. 2 mountain lifts, 8 cableways, 11 cable cabins, 22 chair lifts, 14 drag lifts, 2 children's ski lifts. 70 ski runs, total length 350 km (21 % easy, 62 % intermediate, 18 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school from 6 years old, ski kindergarten from 4 years old. 17 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 45 km. 1 toboggan run. Natural ice rink, artificial ice rink, curling, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Cervinia.

Die Wohnung war wie beim letzten mal sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Einrichtung alt aber funktional. Der Teppichboden müsste aber schon mal gewechselt werden.

Ho molto gradito il soggiorno in questo appartamento confortevole, impreziosito da una splendida veduta direttamente sul monte Cervino! Anche i servizi (cucina e bagno) erano forniti di tutto l’indispensabile per un sano relax, inclusa una comoda doccia/vasca da bagno con ottimo flusso di acqua calda ecc. Unica pecca erano forse i materassi (un po’ troppo ad ‘amaca’ per chi non ama dormire su superfici morbide).

El alojamiento tiene una confortable terraza con excelentes vistas al Matterhorn. Las instalaciones (cama, baño, cocina) son satisfactorias para una estancia corta. Para llegar a los remontes tiene una fuerte pendiente si se va caminando, aunque está conectado con un autobús gratuito de Zermatt, es rápido ir desde el apartamento a la base del Teleférico, pero el retorno es más compicado debido a la ruta del autobús. Conviene regresar por Sunnega, cogiendo ahí el autobús para ir al apartamento.

Excellente situation dans un quartier calme. Vue imprenable depuis le balcon sur le Cervin. Petit appartement mais tout à fait convenable pour un couple. Bien agencé. La cuisine séparée est un plus. Très propre. Le centre ville est proche, 10 min à pied et l'arrêt de bus est au pied de l'immeuble pour atteindre les pistes rapidement.

Ausstattung und Bodenbeläge nicht mehr zeitgerecht. Aussicht und Lage wunderbar. Es gibt in dieser Preisklasse in Zermatt schönere Objekte haben wir gesehen. Im grossen Ganzen aber ok.

Am Anfang war ruhig und sehr angenehm. Letzte paar Tage war bis Mitternacht oder später Lärm. Eine Gruppe junge Leute vom Erdgeschoss war sehr laut. Spät Nachts und auch früh morgens waren sie sehr laut. Ruhige Lage konnte ich deshalb vergessen. Alles anderes war gut.

Sehr schöne, saubere und extrem ruhige Ferienwohnung. Vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Matterhorn. Gelegen im idyllischen Wiestiboden oberhalb von Zermatt, kann man die Wohnung in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Wem's zu steil bergauf geht (mit Koffer), der nimmt halt ein E-Taxi. Die Einrichtung ist tadellos, Küche bestens ausgestattet. Die Betten sind nicht zu weich, ich habe ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Wie im Titel erwähnt, ist der Name Programm, absolut ruhiges Haus.

grand studio comme neuf,cuisine bien équipée avDifficulec 2 fours mais pas de micro ondes ,cafetière électrique trop bas de gamme. Plus de 80 chaines de télé TOUTES en allemand . Pourquoi pas mettre TV 5 Monde et une chaine Suisse romande ,tous les touristes ne parlant pas allemand bien qu'un français ait laissé un dictionnaire Allemand-Français bien utile...Linge de maison en grande quantité. Difficulté à trouver le réseau wifi,aucune indication de code . A part ces détails tout est parfait.

Excellente situation dans un quartier calme. Vue imprenable depuis le balcon. L’appartement est d’une taille tout à fait convenable pour un couple, le salon/chambre plutôt vaste. Salle de bain et cuisine pourraient être modernisés. Globalement propre mais un ménage en grand ne serait pas superflu: poussière et « miettes » dans les tiroirs, et grappes de poussière sur le mur de la salle de bain (à cause de la sortie de ventilation).
