Fully renovated in 2023, beautiful and modern furnishings: living room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm). Small balcony, west facing position. Partial view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Old, small 2-family house, 3 storeys. In the centre of Zermatt, in a central position. In the house: central heating system. Grocery, supermarket 350 m, restaurant, bar 80 m, bakery 110 m, bus stop "Kirchbrücke" 250 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 500 m. Mountain railway, gondola lift 500 m, ski rental 90 m, ski bus stop 230 m, ski school, children's ski school 200 m, ice rink 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gornergrat 500 m, Matterhorn Glacier Paradise 600 m, Sunnegga 600 m. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Well-known, famous, car-free winter sports resort with 5'478 inhabitants, situated at the foot of the Mount Cervin with beautiful view, 34 km south from Visp. In the resort: supermarket, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, bar, disco, museum, cinema. Glacier, hiking, electrocab available in town, indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Lakes nearby.

Summer

Bathing lake. Tennis (1 outdoor court, 1 indoor court), golf course 9 hole in Täsch 6 km. Minigolf. Fitness course. Summer skiing. Paragliding, beach volleybally court. Mountain lifts, 400 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. 80 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, leisure park. In May and June, lorries are allowed in Zermatt because of building season. In these months, it is slightly noisier than during the rest of the year, when Zermatt is car-free.

Ski-region Matterhorn Ski Paradise, total of 57 lifts. 2 mountain lifts, 8 cableways, 11 cable cabins, 22 chair lifts, 14 drag lifts, 2 children's ski lifts. 70 ski runs, total length 350 km (21 % easy, 62 % intermediate, 18 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school from 6 years old, ski kindergarten from 4 years old. 17 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 45 km. 1 toboggan run. Natural ice rink, artificial ice rink, curling, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Cervinia.

+ Sehr gemütlicher und grosszügiger Wohn - Essbereich. Alles neu , gute Beleuchtung und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. + Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. + ideal für vier erwachsene Personen. + Lage super zentral und dank hochwertigen Fenstern auch keine Lärmemissionen . + Abschliessbarer Schrank für Skiausrüstung im Innenhof - Matratzen eher weich - Verlängerungskabel für Racletteofen und ein Wasserkrug fehlen noch, sonst war alles perfekt.

Die Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern sowie die Polstersessel am Küchentisch sind durchgelegen/durchgesessen. Das Polster auf dem Eckbank ist mangelhaft geflickt und schmuddelig. Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer spritzt in alle Richtungen und beim heissen Wasser besteht Verbrühungsgefahr. Der alte Teppich und die Samtvorhänge verleihen der Wohnung einen schmuddeligen Touch. Die Wohnung benötigt dringend eine sanfte Renovierung.

Maison historique et très typique en plein coeur de Zermatt, en face de l'église. Situation idéale. Équipement et matériel à disposition très bien. Deux chambres spacieuses. Par contre, mobilier vieillissant et notamment la literie (matelas) pas confortable.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Gesellschaftlichen Mitte des Ortes. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Besuche der Innenstadt. Die Austattung der Wohnung ist gut und rustikal, einfach gehalten. Hat jedoch den Charme vergangener Jahrunderte. Einzig der Teppich in der Wohnung ist nicht mehr bei Vermietungen zeitgemäss. Wir hatten dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Team von Interhome Zermatt hat uns mehr als gut beraten und uns ohne Umwege einen sehr schönen Urlaub ermöglicht. Vielen Dank

Bardzo dobre położenie - samo centrum. Do kolejek i dworca jest ok. 600m. Z placu obok można zobaczyć Matterhorn. Zegar na wieży kościoła wybija godziny do 22 (co nie przeszkadza), potem jest cisza. Absolutnie polecam apartament osobom aktywnym, które chcą od rana mieć łatwy dostęp do alpejskich szlaków.

Die Wohnung befindet sich an zentraler Lage, ist aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sie ist sauber und zweckmässig. Der Preis ist sehr hoch.

Ce logement se trouve dans un excellent emplacement. Il a deux grandes chambres et une cuisine bien équipée, cependant il manque un salon, le coin à manger fera donc l'affaire. La déco est très retro, on retourne clairement dans les années 60, mais le tout reste fonctionnel et confortable.
