Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Panoramic view of Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

House/Residence

Small apartment house "Brigitte", 4 storeys. In the district of Schluhmatten, 1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra). Grocery 700 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 20 m, bakery 700 m, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Schluhmatte" 80 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1 km. Mountain railway, ski rental 250 m, ski bus stop 80 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Talstation Matterhorn Paradise 250 m. Please note: no lift. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Well-known, famous, car-free winter sports resort with 5'478 inhabitants, situated at the foot of the Mount Cervin with beautiful view, 34 km south from Visp. In the resort: supermarket, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, bar, disco, museum, cinema. Glacier, hiking, electrocab available in town, indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Lakes nearby.

Summer

Bathing lake. Tennis (1 outdoor court, 1 indoor court), golf course 9 hole in Täsch 6 km. Minigolf. Fitness course. Summer skiing. Paragliding, beach volleybally court. Mountain lifts, 400 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. 80 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, leisure park. In May and June, lorries are allowed in Zermatt because of building season. In these months, it is slightly noisier than during the rest of the year, when Zermatt is car-free.

Ski-region Matterhorn Ski Paradise, total of 57 lifts. 2 mountain lifts, 8 cableways, 11 cable cabins, 22 chair lifts, 14 drag lifts, 2 children's ski lifts. 70 ski runs, total length 350 km (21 % easy, 62 % intermediate, 18 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school from 6 years old, ski kindergarten from 4 years old. 17 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 45 km. 1 toboggan run. Natural ice rink, artificial ice rink, curling, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Cervinia.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut grlegen und in einem guten Zustand. Einzig der Kochherd ist mangelhaft, da nicht alle Platten bedient werden können.

Der Standort der Wohnung lag in gut 5 Gehminuten entfernt von den Bergbahnen Richtung kleines Matterhorn, was für uns als Skigruppe optimal war. Die Wohnung und das Haus an sich besitzt alles was notwendig ist, die ganze Immobilie ist jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Der Skikeller besitzt kein Skischuhtrocknungssystem.
