Small balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. View of the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 10 à Immeuble Delta at 100 m. Please note: non-smokers only.

Es ist eine recht alte Wohnung, die im Ess-/Wohnbereich renoviert wurde. Die Schlafzimmer, Fenster und das Bad sind immer noch sehr alt! Die Matratzen sind sehr alt, die Einbauschränke in den Schlafzimmern auch. Es hat nur einen kleinen Ständer als Garderobe für Jacken. Wir waren nur zu zweit, da reichte es, aber zu viert mit Skibekleidung reicht es nicht. Ein Schuhgestell beim Eingang wäre hilfreich. Das Bad ist extrem klein. Reicht nicht mal für 2 Personen zur gleichen Zeit!

El apartamento necesita mejoras en la limpieza general y específicamente en los armarios que huelen a humedad y no pudimos utilizarlos, faltan colgadores de ropa en el baño, y las camas pequeñas son muy ruidosas El acceso es en una calle con una cuesta muy pronunciada para gente mayor La oficina de Interhome de Vervier no respondió a nuestras demandas por vía de e-mail ni de otra manera NO LA ACONSEJO A NADIE

À notre arrivée une araignée nous attendait,des toiles d'araignées partout sur le mur de pierres et vers la télévision, les stores cassés et il manque des lamelles,la terrasse pas nettoyée et une odeur de renfermé. Dame de l'agence très désagréable le jeudi, heureusement sa collègue du vendredi était adorable. Pas de rangement dans la chambre parentale, lits des enfants mal assemblés., lustre chambre parental en vrac. Agence de base sans réel service et écoute de sa clientèle.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The blinds in the bedroom and main sitting room need mending or replacing, however, there are external shutters to keep the light out. The parking could have been a little closer, but you can off-load your luggage at the start and finish of your stay by the chalet. Overall, it had everything we needed.

Appartement conforme à la description. Cuisine bien équipée avec ustensiles. Seul bémol sont les portes qui ne ferment pas facilement et font beaucoup de bruits. Sinon très bien ! Je recommande.
