Bonjour, L appartement est bien équipé mais une odeur de poussière vous prend au nez lors de l'entrée , la terrasse est impraticable à cause des travaux voisins. Une construction d'immeuble est en cours juste à coté il en résulte un reveil bruyant dès 7h du matin et cela se termine à 17h. La terrasse est envahie de poussière. Cet appartement ne devrait pas être mis en location actuellement sauf avis favorable du locataire?

Nous n'avions pas connaissance des travaux que vous mentionnez et nous sommes navrés pour la gêne occasionnée. Dès que nous avons été informés de la situation nous avons retiré l'appartement de la location jusqu'à la fin des travaux. De woning is zeer slecht onderhouden, met veel achterstallig onderhoud. De woning zeer vuil aangetroffen, overal stof, bad niet schoon enz.Op de bank heel veel dierenharen (was bedekt met kleedjes) Kortom, deze woning dient zeer zorgvuldig schoongemaakt te worden en al het achterstallig onderhoud dient gerepareerd te worden.

depuis plusieurs années nous allons dans cet appartement rien n'a dire sur la propreté mais la cuisine est vraiment vétuste le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas la hotte de ventilation ne fonctionne pas les armoires de cuisine ne se ferment et l'ensemble de cuisson ne sont plus appropriés.

El lavaplatos no funciona y no vinieron a cambiarlo. Faltaba un recambio de ropa de cama y cojines de cama.
