Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, combination microwave, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). 2 baths/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. View of the ski run. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Lift D.

Large resort "Rosablanche", 8 storeys, built in 1972. 10 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, pond. Tennis (01.Jul. - 15.Sep.), basketball, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 100 m extra. Shop 10 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 7.7 km, railway station "Sion" 20.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 7 km, skisport facilities 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 10 m, ski-kindergarten 7 km, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km, children's playground 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: 4 Vallées 10 m. Hiking paths: Barrage de Cleuson 5 km, Bisse de Chervé 5 km, Bisse de Saxon 200 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Sports shop / ski rental. Heating in winter only. A cash deposit is requested for the key of the parking gate and the parking card (CHF 200.- or EUR 200.-). If you are leaving early morning, you may collect your deposit the evening before departure and will have to pay the parking for the last night.

Access: motorway A9 Sion - Nendaz, exit number 26 "Sion-Ouest" 27 km from Siviez-Nendaz. Public parking. Access by train Sion Gare. Bus connection. information on ski lift openings www.nendaz.ch. Paid ski lift parking.

Heated outdoor swimming pool 7 km. Waterpark "Le Bouveret" in 91 km. Tennis (2 outdoor courts), golf course 18 hole in Sion 22 km. Fitness course 7 km. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding. 2 cableways, 2 chair lifts, 250 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. Mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, leisure park "Happyland" 29 km. Restricted bus service (last around 5pm). Ski lift timetables: https://www.nvrm.ch. The grocery store is only open during the winter. No ATM. Paid parking from November 2022.

Winter

Ski-region Les 4 Vallées, from 1'383 m, total of 92 lifts. 83 ski runs, total length 410 km, snow park. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school from 2 years old, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs (long 3 km). Sports centre at 7 km. Artificial ice rink at 7 km. No ATM. Bread ordering service available in winter. Ski lift opening information www.nendaz.ch. Paid ski lift parking.

Ruim en goed ingedeeld appartement, met uitzicht op beide delen van het gebied, centraal en hoog gelegen in 4 Vallées, met vertrek van 3 liften in alle richtingen, gratis parking voor de deur, nauwelijks après ski maar wel veeleer ski!

Gunstig gelegen appartementen complex. Enkele jaren geleden opgepimpt. Ruim appartement met goede voorzieningen. Goede bedden en ruim balkon op het zuiden.

Eigentlich ganz ok, ausser sehr störende Geräusche über Bett, in der Wand, an der Rezeption gemeldet und wird nachgegangen. Gesamthaft eher teuere Wohnung, aber gutes Bad/WC Konfort
