"Mont Fort 55", 1-room apartment 35 m2 on 5th floor. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV, CD-player and DVD. Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 180 cm). Open kitchen (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Balcony, south-east facing position. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Residence "Mont-Fort". In a quiet position, 10 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: natural garden, pond. Tennis (15.Jun. - 01.Sep.), children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house, except in winter 200 m. Public parking 300 m extra. Restaurant 100 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Sion" 20.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 7 km, skisport facilities, ski school, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: 4 Vallées 100 m. Hiking paths: Barrage de Cleuson 5 km, Bisse de Chervé 5 km, Bisse de Saxon 200 m.

Paragliding. 2 cableways, 2 chair lifts, 250 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. Mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, leisure park "Happyland" 29 km. Restricted bus service (last around 5pm). Ski lift timetables: https://www.nvrm.ch. The grocery store is only open during the winter. No ATM. Paid parking from November 2022.

Ski-region Les 4 Vallées, from 1'383 m, total of 92 lifts. 83 ski runs, total length 410 km, snow park. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school from 2 years old, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs (long 3 km). Sports centre at 7 km. Artificial ice rink at 7 km. No ATM. Bread ordering service available in winter. Ski lift opening information www.nendaz.ch. Paid ski lift parking.

Waren sehr zufrieden. Wohnung ist sehr klein. Hat aber bei einer Woche mit schönem Wetter nicht gestört. Bettsofa könnte erneuert werden.

De belangrijkste reden om Mt Fort 55 te boeken is de locatie: voor de deur weg skiën en weer terugkomen. Mooi uitzicht. Appartement comfortabel, kleine puntjes die opgelost zouden moeten worden: - slaapbank kraakt erg. - geen hoeslaken voor tweepersoons dekbed, bij de éénpersoonsdekbedden zit het dons opgehoopt - verlichting onder aanrecht werkt niet.

Le studio est bien équipé (canapé-lit) dans cet immeuble parfaitement placé sur les pistes et parfait pour 2 personnes. Bien qu'il dispose en plus de 2 petits lits superposés (pour enfants?), l'espace disponible est probablement un peu serré pour 4 adultes. Le canapé-lit grince énormémenet lorsqu'on se retourne... mais il semble que ce défaut soit dû au fait qu'il est encore neuf...

Bei der Wohnung ist kein Parkplatz dabei. Die Parkgebühren müssen also noch auf die Preise für die Unterkunft drauf gerechnet werden. Das war nicht ersichtlich in der Beschreibung.

Das Appartement ist gut eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, das man benötigt. Für Skier/Schuhe gibt es im Erdgeschoss zum Appartement gehörige, abschließbare Gitterschränke - sehr praktisch! Die Lage direkt an der Skipiste Tortin - Siviez ist ideal. Außerdem sehr guter Service im Interhome-Büro vor Ort. Das Appartment erhält von mir ein klares "sehr gut", Gesamtbewertung nur "gut", weil die Bezahlung des öffentlichen Parkplatzes täglich neu über eine schlecht funktionierende App erfolgen muss.

Bezkonkurencyjna lokalizacja w sercu terenu narciarskiego. Dojazd na nartach pod budynek. Jedyny minus to brak możliwości podjechania autem pod drzwi w celu rozpakowania bagażu.

Het app an zich is heerlijk. Er is WIFI, een slaapbank en een stapelbed. Helaas geen beddengoed voor slaapbank. Wat ook jammer is aan deze woning, is dat er voor bijv. bij het wegbrengen van afval of het ophalen van broodjes best een eind over de piste gelopen moet worden.Dit geldt ook bij aankomst en vertrek van al je spullen, alleen op zaterdag rijd er een mannetje met een sneeuwscooter en een slee heen en weer, voor 10 Zwitserse Frank. Andere dagen sjouw je alles zelf en dan is echt eind!
