Our property is nestled in a tranquil, sunny location, boasting breathtaking views of Saas-Grund and the surrounding mountains. A generous playground awaits you in front of the house – equipped with play equipment in summer and perfect for building snowmen in winter. Additionally, you'll receive the SaastalCard from us, granting you free rides on the postal bus throughout the Saastal area and, in summer, even including access to most of the mountain railways. We look forward to welcoming you! Cable cars in the summer included (without Metro Alpin). Cosy 2.5-room attic apartment for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children. 48 m2. Living room with a sofa bed (160 cm, good matress) TV. New kitchen with dining table and view to the south as well as access to the balcony. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, coffee machine, fondue pan and raclette oven. Small room with 2 single beds. Small, new bathroom with shower and toilet. It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment. Free Wlan. Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.- for adults, CHF 3.50 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. All the linen is available. Non-smoker apartment. 1'560 - 3'200 m a.s.l. >>Idyllic, family-friendly holiday resort with 1'200 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, in a valley, 4 km north from Saas-Fee, 4 km from Saas-Almagell. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, night club, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment. Access: motorway A9 Brig - Sion, exit number "Visp". Then road Visp - Saas Fee. Access via a mountain road. Railway station "Visp" 25 km. Bus connection. From Hochsaas (3200 m), lovely view.

Summer

The guestcard includes the following services in summer: free use of cable cars (Felskinn, Spielboden, Hannig, Kreuzboden, Hohsaas, Furggstalden, Heidbodme, Mattmark), free use of the postal car in the entire Saas Valley and various discounts on entertainment offers and activities. Tennis (3 outdoor courts), golf course 9 hole in Saas Fee 4 km. Fitness course. Fishing (permit required). Summer skiing in Saas-Fee 4 km. Winter

Ski-region Hohsaas. 2 cable cabins, 2 drag lifts, 1 children's ski lift. 8 ski runs, total length 35 km (10 % easy, 90 % intermediate). Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths, winter walking paths 30 km. Toboggan runs (long 11 km). Natural ice rink, artificial ice rink, curling. Ski bus. Further ski-regions: Saas-Fee at 4 km, Saas-Balen at 4 km, Saas-Almagell at 4 km.

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique. Appartement avec balcon et un joli dégagement sur la vallée de Saas. Propreté impeccable et très gentil accueil de la propriétaire. Bien situé près des transports publics, et avec la carte de séjour pas besoin de prendre la voiture ce qui est vraiment très agréable.
