Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small children's room with sloping ceilings with 2 pull-out beds (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Gallery. Shower/WC. Balcony 15 m2, south-east facing position, 2 small balconies, south facing position and north facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (5). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 10 (1 car) at 30 m. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Motor access to 30 m from the house (ramp). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Ski-region Ovronnaz. 4 chair lifts, 2 drag lifts, 1 children's ski lift. 19 ski runs, total length 30 km, snow park. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school. 20 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 15 km. Ski bus (free of charge).

Un appartement agréable, lumineux, panorama sur la montagne et la vallée, proche de chemins de rando, tout en haut du village. Terrasse pas grande côté sud, 3 personnes s'y tiennent sur chaises (une grande table si la météo permet de manger dehors). Salle de séjour très agréable avec télé et fauteuils confortables. Les escaliers extérieur et intérieur sont un inconvénient pour personnes âgées et familles avec petits enfants. A 6 : appartement inconfortable

Appartement très agréable. On s’y sent bien. Rien ne manque. Cuisine entièrement refaite. Excellente literie. Très belle vue. Je n’y viendrais cependant pas en hiver car pente très raide jusqu’à l’immeuble et à la place de parc. Pas recommandé pour des personnes à mobilité réduite: pente et escaliers.

Deze woning is ruim van opzet, en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zijn voldoende slaapkamers en maar liefst 2 badkamers. Daarbij voldoende buitenruimte; meerdere balkons met fantastisch uitzicht.
