Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Balcony, north facing position and west facing position, large terrace, south facing position and, east facing position. Barbecue (portable). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). E-charging station. Please note: non-smokers only.

Les Rairettes: Very beautiful chalet "Sebas", 3 storeys, built in 2006. Outside the resort, 800 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden with lawn. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bumpy, steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, bus stop 800 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, gondola lift 800 m.

Emplacement avec vue imprenable sur les alpes et le massif des Diablerets. Logement spacieux pour grande famille avec un grand confort. Terrasse Deck très confortable avec un ensoleillement parfait en fin d'après-midi. Au plaisir de revenir une prochaine semaine estivale en famille.

Great chalet and close to ski piste. Very cosy with all things one needs on a holiday rental. Roof was leaking on a day with lots of rain, but otherwise highly recommended.

Der Aufstieg ist zwar etwas steil (mit Auto befahrbar bis vor das Haus) aber er lohnt sich auf jedenfall. Der die ganze Frontseite abdeckende Balkon und die Terasse sind der perfekte Ort um die Aussicht zu geniessen. Die Gliederung und Architektur des Hauses nutzen den Platz optimal. Die Sauna ist zwar etwas klein und hat keine Sicht nach draussen, aber ist sonst top.

Tijdens de wintersport vakantie zaten we met 2 gezinnen in dit huis. Voldoende ruimte om gezamelijk te eten, spelletjes te doen of rondom de openhaard te zitten en ook voldoende rjuinmte om je even terug te trekken. En als de zon scheen in de middag was er ook nog eenmogelijkheid om even te relaxen op het ruime balkon. Kortom een prima vakantiehuis. Enige minpuntje was dat alle 3 de douchecellen na korte tijd al overliepen.

Problèmes électriques, faire une expertise OIBT. Les portes d'accès au bâtiment sont dotées de cylindres doubles qui ne peuvent être actionnés de l'intérieur qu'avec une clé. Placer au moins un cylindre à bouton sur la porte du bas. L'accès devant le chalet était difficile à cause d'une couche de glace d'une dizaine de centimètres que j'ai dû casser et saler. La terrasse n'était pas débarrassée de sa neige, ce que j'ai dû faire, tout ça avec des moyens de fortune (une bêche...) pèle cassée...

Das Chalet selbst ist schön und die Aussicht ist super. Die Lage ist nicht so gut - ohne Auto kommt man nicht weg, und die Strasse ist sehr schmal und steil (im Winter oft glatt). Als wir angekommen sind, mussten wir erstmal wieder runter ins Dorf fahren um einen Schneeschipper zu holen und den Weg zur Haustür freischaufeln, um überhaupt richtig reinzukommen. Es sind Föns da, allerdings passen diese nicht in die Steckdose. Als wir nach Adaptern gefragt haben, hätten wie einen kaufen müssen.

Wunderschönes Chalet an einer Lage mit perfekter Aussicht. Wir sind im Januar mit einem Subaru 4x4 und einem Smart (Ketten) die Auffahrt hoch. Nervenkitzel vorprogrammiert. Da wir die Autos nicht mehr nutzen wollten gestalte sich Einkaufen, Skifahren und alle weiteren Aktivitäten als schwer, den Hang läuft man nähmlich nur einmal hoch. Für Tierhaar Allergiker eher nichts (Sofa, Kissen, Teppich im Wohnzimmer vermutluch aus Echt Leder/Haar/Pelz). Für mich ein NoGo ansonsten gerne wieder.
