Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Lounge with cable TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Floor heating. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: lounge with library. 1 large room with 1 french bed (200 cm, length 200 cm), bidet, bath/shower/WC and cable TV. Balcony, 2 terraces, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.

In the district of Les Clèves, on the outskirts, 1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 100 m from the skiing area. For shared use: children's playground (swing). Private: large, well-kept garden 1'000 m2 with lawn. Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 1 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 1 km, railway station "Sion" 17.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 1 km, gondola lift 1 km, slopes 100 m, ice rink 1 km. Please note: not suitable for small children.

Chalet haut de gamme très confortable. Beaucoup d'espaces séparés (Mezzanine, Biblio, Salon télé, etc...). Très sympa. Une grosse critique : L'accès est compliqué car il n'est pas dégagé et dangereux. Il faudrait mettre ou du sel ou du gravillon sur la glace qui recouvre le goudron. C'est surtout le matin au moment du départ à pied ski sur l'épaule qui est critique car chute assurée sur la glace. Sinon, proche de la piste, retour à ski possible. Chalet haut de gamme, très propre, terrasse.

Kinderbed kapot, maandags nieuwe Wasmachine (vr beide huizen) lekt bij afvoer (al langer aan de zwarte strepen op de muur te zien!). Gemeld, moest water opdweilen, maar dweil kapot. Nieuwe dweil gekregen. Stoelen ad eettafel zitten niet comfortabel. Handdouche badkamer beneden gleed steeds naar beneden en viel er dan uit. Bevestiging van handdouche was kapot. Onderste stoffilter van droger moet dringend schoongemaakt worden! 2 ligbedden rugdeel kapot Geen sleutel van washok! Kussen bank kapot

zeer mooi huis, zoals afgebeeld. één minpuntje: -douche kabine beneden kan niet geopend worden: linker deurhelft hangt vast en schuift niet weg, daardoor douche onbruikbaar en natuurlijk bereikbaarheid wegens wegenwerken, moesten we een hele omweg maken om er te geraken, hopelijk is dat gedaan tegen de winter, als die omleiding niet bruikbaar is.

We had a great time in the mountains. The chalet is very cozy and comfortable. Very well located, difficult to get there in the night though. We suggest a better signalization to guide to the chalet.

Wir konnten 6 schöne Sommertage in les Clèves im touristischen Nendaz geniessen. Das Chalet bietet viel Raum im Innern wie auch eine hohe Privatheit im Garten. Der Ausblick ist schön auch wenn der eine oder andere Baum die Sicht etwas trübt. Die Ausstattung ist ansprechend auch wenn einige Möbel innen und aussen eher betagt sind. Der Garten würde etwas mehr Unterhalt vertragen. Ingesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, welche aber dem Preissegment nicht gerecht wird.

Die Syphons sollten gereinigt werden, da es ziemlich gestunken hat bis wir nach einigen Tagen den Syphon in der Dusche gereinigt haben. Das Warmwasser der Heizung war falsch eingestellt und wir mussten kalt duschen bis wir an der Heizung die Einstellung geändert haben. Bitte kontrollieren. (Legionärskrankheit)
